That's a routemaster.

You get on at the back. You can see the shape of the door on the back left corner of the bus.

So...

You could add some detail on your degree if it has a dissertation. You could do some more volunteering once you finish your final year to get more recent experience which will give you a better chance of landing something.

Your CV is about as good as it's going to get without adding some more experience. Trying to land something decent while still at uni isn't gonna be easy at all.

3 years?! Where did you pull that from?

He got 8 years with an extra 5 years on his licence.

He's eligible for a first parole hearing after 5 1/2 years. Nobody gets granted their first parole and he'd have to wait another year for another hearing. In reality if everything goes perfectly for him he'll be out in 6 1/2 years.

Then he'll be on licence for the rest of the 8 years plus 5 years. So if everything goes badly for him he'll spend 13 years inside.

The reality is that he'll be doing between 6 1/2 and 13 years depending on his ability to behave properly. For a single punch manslaughter case that seems about right.

I can't access pushshift.io. I just get this message:

"User is not an authorized moderator."

And from what I understand using the content for anything but moderation would breach their terms so I gave up even trying.

If I was to download and host all the data myself and run analysis on it including deleted posts and deleted accounts (which is possible), I would need to spend around $300 a month on a suitable dedicated server with over 2TB of SSD space... and tbh I ain't got $300 a month to be spending on a project for "fun"! I'm supposed to be out here making responsible decisions 🤦‍♂️😂

It's not normal for people who have been to prison to go back in in any professional capacity. I need special security clearance every time I go back in. Tbh I don't really enjoy it, but I have specialist knowledge and an ability to motivate the lads which is quite difficult to replicate, so I feel I should use these skills while they're still relevant (eventually I'll be seen as having been out of prison for too long and don't think I'll have the same impact).

Most people are paid. Most will work for the prison's education provider and it's their day job. You have prison focused charities too which usually have paid staff doing different stuff in multiple various prisons. Then you have a few volunteers who give their time too. Personally, although I've been offered a job doing this sort of work, I just volunteer as it's not something I want to do as a long term career.

If you want to volunteer, find a local charity who does work in prisons and get in touch. If you want some help, DM me and I can suggest some who do good work.

I'm a normal person too btw 😜

I tried this... It doesn't know about any of my private repos.

Have you ever had CCS set to public?

Edit: you donut, you've referenced your private repo in a commit which can be seen here: https://github.com/zhorton34/ccs-releases/commit/a68884cc38494919c5941cdf8596e7d39d677758 mystery solved 🤦‍♂️
