Good points, and I am guessing that insurance is either present or customers sign a disclaimer. As for supervision, this is a reasonable concern too. However, rarely is ‘all’ student work overseen 1:1 it is impossible and education in shops couldn’t possibly provide the education. The teacher will have to inspect their work before it leaves the shop. Students involved have been vetted because they will have been in this educational stream and will have demonstrated responsibility. It’s surprising the level of maturity students demonstrate when given ‘real world’ work where they feel trusted.

Create a new system of selecting SCOTUS that is actually ‘unbiased’ plus term limits etc. Then remove the existing court justices.

Hence the slide into a (more) authoritarian US government.
