You ever see a picture and just go "....well...fuck"

It's because you can tend more than 1 or 2 plots at a time, and because they don't take 48 real life hours to grow, water storage and composting have substance without being super tedious, it's the kind of farming that they could add to POH in OS or RS3 and probably have a huge boost in player count. Xp rates would be atrocious or nonexistent for balance but win some lose some
Menthius3
After that it was the raise and mostly management tools, if your dsp cares they will be able to take better care of drivers vans and routes with them though
Menthius3
The big deals were really about driver tools. They're adding a couple new features to the flex app like being able to mark, add, and edit roads when your navigation tries to send you the wrong direction on a one way or straight off a bike path. After marking the path out and taking a picture of the "road" it will update the map and reroute you. Same tools in geostudio for dispatch, should be a huge help for RSR stations that have bad delivery areas
Menthius3
I mean if you've got +/- 1.00 on tolerance and no need for a clean finish you can get through a quarter of a part maybe 🤷
Menthius3
Please. No more.
Menthius3
I feel that, so many drivers think we plan the routes that screw them over like no bro I'm busy getting you a rescue ☠️
Menthius3
Amazon's computers design the routes automatically, there's actually a route observation ticket your dispatch can submit and one of the observation options is literally "nursery route too difficult" should take care of any necessary RTS from scorecard too if the dispute lands 👍
Menthius3
At least for right now it isnt a scorecard affecting hit, I saw it for the first time as a dispatcher today and just turned off the category on the netradyne page. That crap isnt going in my report that's a waste of a text message ☠️

The line for 22.13nm should be roughly 16/17ft lb, honestly go to harbor freight and get a 100lb torque wrench for cheap there, the numbers will line up and you can get a lifetime warranty for if it breaks they'll just replace it 👍
Menthius3
Unless extremely confident in your ability to handle a blowout at 70 followed by changing your tire on the side of a busy highway, I would replace that yesterday
Menthius3
I sometimes even enjoy watching the pit maneuvers from ASP but between them holding a straight line with hazards on and the other nearby traffic and speed this pit should never have gotten approval it was obviously more risk than it was worth ☠️
Menthius3
If all else fails you could always drive a screwdriver or small pry bar through the center up to the handle and use that to break it loose just have to be careful not to accidentally tear it in half
Menthius3
Push the blocks back in to place bare handed and slap some duct tape on there it'll be good as new 👍
Menthius3
We would make you load it maybe, but you wouldn't leave the parking lot with that tire still on there would be a Nascar pit crew with a spare waiting on the other side of the pad 😂
Menthius3
Any Traverse or Equinox you see has a live hand grenade hanging out in the transmission, I wouldn't take this car if they were giving it away for free
Menthius3
It also has some worth as a tool to help accommodate ADA requests for machinists with weight lifting restrictions who are otherwise knowledgeable and capable of the job.

Palworld is just like the others in the sense that it's a survival crafting game with tiered material and crafting progression, thirst/hunger/stamina mechanics, etc. The real difference is in the art style and that you can have the pals you capture do crafting and gathering tasks for you. If you wanted to play palworld without pals you could customize the settings to make that possible even!
Menthius3
That's also an Amazon thing, DSPs and dispatchers have an option to put in a route dispute though. Sometimes drive times aren't properly accounted for or routes will be bugged and planned past the 10 hour work block, when we see something like that at our DSP it's an immediate route dispute by policy. Takes more than one to get a route fixed normally but that's something your drivers and admins should be able to communicate about and work together to fix. If your administration refuses to do the things that they can do to help drivers that's it's own problem and you should consider switching to an employer that cares a little more!
Menthius3
Keep grounding it during DVIC for AC issues, if not having working AC and a reliable vehicle in 110 degrees makes you feel unsafe they can't really say much about it without getting in massive trouble 😬
Menthius3
Addicted? Yes. Unexpectedly? Not so much lol
Menthius3
My favorite heat break so far was someone RTS early and got hit with the heat break before they could do the DVIC ☠️
Menthius3
In MO we actually got paid out for a snow day 😬

netradyne beeps PEDESTRIAN. PEDESTRIAN.
I tell all my drivers if it can be fixed we're happy to fix it, if it can't be fixed ground that sucker and we'll figure it out, no A/C or brakes means no road time lol
