Glocks are basically the AK of the pistol world; they can be pretty dirty and still fire. That said, it never hurts to clean a firearm.

Granted, I've had some friends that were superstitious about it, especially in my active duty days - not cleaning before a qual day, etc. - but typically I would say a clean firearm runs better.

Just make sure that if you get a separate cleaner and lubrication set, that you wipe off the cleaning chemical and then lubricate after.

Also, microfiber towels are good for removing any excess cleaner or lubricant where you don't want it. Everyone else already made good points, so I figured I'd throw that nugget in - the last thing you want is a slick grip, etc.

I have seen a video of one, Security guard where it went off, sprayed him and the driver of the vehicle with concrete chips. That's one.

Now I'm not saying the Legion is bad, but because of the few issues, I don't have confidence in that particular model.

Doesn't mean I would absolutely avoid SIG entirely, but P320 just won't shake that namesake for a while, either. That's why I say it's like the Pinto, and the Pinto existed before my time.
