You are where I was 2 years ago. Moved asset allocation from 90/10 to 65/35, and increasing my international equity. And moved a few things to lower expense ratio funds or etfs. Sold my home in HCOL area, moved closer to family and a newer, same-size home for less than half the cost, paid cash. I’m so sorry you don’t have someone close to talk to. Dealing with cancer mentally as well as physically is a much harder thing than it seems from the outside.

Therapy really helped me. I was able to practice self-compassion better and get the mental distance I needed to moderate my emotions. Resilience is our biggest resource in this mess!
