I fully understand wanting to work there but you need to be able to listen to people if your asking for advice and grow some thicker skin if you want to work in the games industry.

What role did you even want? Tester? Designer? If you don't know or don't mind then you need to think about that

Probably not unless they run on a skeleton crew. Even Ballistic Moon that did the Until Dawn remake, SMGs best game, experienced heavy lay offs right after the remake was done and they've now shut down

Nowhere is a nordic detective horror game that is made by a solo dev and thats releasing in a couple of months.
Abit of extra funding could definitely help with some extra needed content and polish
