Theeyyy'rrrre baaaaccck  ...

Well I needed new wheels & hubs, and Chris King is near me so seemed like a good idea - zero bling involved.

Mister_Batta

The bearings in their hubs are faster than others, and why so many downhill riders have Chris King hubs.

I bought one after riding with a guy that works there - he explained how they actually get faster after they've worn in a bit.

Mister_Batta

There is some specific sequence with the guardian, search through this sub and you might find the explanation.

That's not really how you confirm gallstones - normally you'd have an ultrasound, and perhaps a HIDA scan.

If you can see a gastroentologist, or at least a primary care provider for follow up.

But given that you're doing OK ... no real reason to see a doctor.

Mister_Batta

So ... he's got a heart on?

Mister_Batta

Unlike B12, B6 accumulates in your body if you take too much - it won't just get flushed out.

So if you're continuously getting too much - the RDA is about 1.7 mcg - eventually your B6 levels will go up.

Just stop taking that B-Complex ASAP, and check with your health provider or check on one of the many sites / subreddits that talk about B6 toxicity as to what you might do.

Just become some rando on the internet says it's OK doesn't mean it's OK - including myself!

Also: it's likely I was not fasting and why my B6 was slightly high - tested again a couple of weeks ago after (I think I was) fasting and levels are within normal range.

Once you have gallstones and/or gallbladder pain it's too late - it's not like a muscle tear in your leg that heals itself it just doesn't ever get better.

If you can limit the "attacks", live with the pain and not die of pancreatitis you'll be fine.

Ok it must have been May and earlier that had the $10,000 rebate.

Mister_Batta

$44,125 for a new 2026 Limited AWD.

Included $6,500 from HMF but I immediately paid off the loan. A month earlier (July?) it was a straight $10,000 rebate.

I'm also getting another $2000 state rebate.

So take that into account if buying a used 2026.

The OHSU neurosurgeon PA I've seen works directly for the neurosurgeon that operated on me - so unlikely to be unbiased as far as that goes.

And AFAIK there is one OHSU neurosurgeon team.

Mister_Batta

Someone driving over 80 mph is endangering others - if you see that call 911.

It's not PPB that will respond, and depending on where you're at you might get a quick response.

You don't need a license plate just a description of the car.

I did this a few years ago on 26 near Manning where it's one lane in each direction - someone passed me on the right, and then I could see them weaving in and out of traffic ahead of me.

I drove further on (headinh east to Portland) to see that the sheriff had them pulled over.

Mister_Batta

Wow thanks!

General web searches for some reason didn't help, so thought I'd search this sub.

I've been trying to figure this out for the last 2 months or so, I thought "nearby devices" was related to bluetooth devices :-(

Mister_Batta

Sorry to hear that.

I had major issues months after the removal, but after about 6 months things were much better, and after 2 years I can pretty much eat anything without issue.

Give your body time to adjust.

Mister_Batta

No

Mister_Batta

Thanks I updated my comment.

Mister_Batta

Bot rage bait post.

Mister_Batta

Yeah pretty sure it's guaranteed to have 2 items there.

Mister_Batta

If you haven't had any B12 supplements a B12 serum level is usually good. Edit: But a normal B12 serum test DOES NOT exclude B12 deficiency. Read the guide for more details.

If you haven't you should see a neurologist especially as a pro.

You can also (after getting the B12 test) try a B12 injection and see if it helps - I think even if you aren't deficient it can give a boost and might help with neurological issues.

I see four movies on Rotten tomatoes with that title - what year was it released?

Mister_Batta

Two quotes:

- Upgrade from 100 AMP to 200 AMP: new meter main, new steel mast, replace ancient "fuse" panel, replace older but not ancient panel (yeah I have two panels): $5400

- And another that replaced only the ancient panel, not even sure if it went to 200 AMPs: $8250

Sort of obvious I went with the $5400 quote.

Mister_Batta

It's metal like a fridge so magnets can attach to it.

Mister_Batta

Your quote doesn't match your assertion: having shelter does not mean you are not homeless.

Mister_Batta

You likely require injections, read the wiki.

Find new doctors.

Meanwhile try to source and self inject B12.

Mister_Batta

I think it depends on the type and concentration of the injection - you'll have to search for that.

But generally it's 1000 mcg of cyanocobalamin.
