Puertorrican here, I can vouch for the out of place fireworks. I live near a very sketchy project and I swear to god nowadays I hear more fireworks than shoot outs and I don't know why that is. It's become pretty common.

Todavia tengo bajones de internet constantes, pero como no es para trabajo no me afecta como a ti. Sinceramente la data ilimitada de AT&T y el hotspot de mi cel me ha funcionado mucho mejor que liberty.
