Very much an oversimplification. I’m not an ai apologist. But storyboards just help a film maker process out shot composition and stuff. So if they can use ai to create different types of shots and then the director can work out which ones they like best to save time. It’s a time saving thing vs a giving the creativity to ai thing. Doctors use ai now to compose their notes and things, but ai isn’t taking over the role of the doctor. Calm down.

A24 is only using ai for like storyboards and stuff. This misconception that they are just releasing ai slop now is false.
