I believe there's systemic fraud under Dewine's watch. The idea that Ohio is deeply red is because of voter disenfranchisement through gerrymandering and stuffing the ballot box.

Anecdotally my sister is a recent volunteer at a voting site, and felt many voters reported the same home address. I have no idea how they've done it, but our state took a stark turn in 2016.
