Because they showed their work. The bias is that they are diminishing the claims of others because they did exactly as you have described.

That being said, the way they altered the reasoning tests and measured the decline in capability is sobering for the whole industry.

As a Liberal that leans towards Fiscal Conservatives regarding government spending and deficits, I can't believe that I now no longer have a political party to vote for in the Center either Provincially or Federally.
