There's another instance of this going on in another post shared on this same subreddit, where they shared a story from a subreddit named /r/interviewhammer

That entire sub is full of bots sharing fake job stories all ending with "so and so sent me this code to try this product, thanks!"

Sort the posts on that sub by all time and check the accounts, multiple accounts with karma in the tens of thousands shilling that product with fake bot stories.
