Thank you. This is the easy version I couldn't find.

Yeah I can get internet through the bridge:
Home router 192.168.100.1 wifi
Engenius picks up the wifi via MAC, IP set to 192.168.100.2
I can plug my computer's wired connection into either the engenius or it's PoE. Same result.
Set comp IP to 192.168.100.5, default gateway 192.168.100.2, and DNS servers to 64.139.97.x. DHCP works for this setup but I have to disable it to get a router to accept the connection. But it works connecting a computer straight into the bridge. That doesn't help me because I still need wifi inside the shop, not just computer access.
Then the next step I try is to take the wired connection that is 192.168.100.2->192.168.100.5 and replace my computer with the WAN on the shop router but then I have to change the LAN subnet. I've tried it multiple ways, 192.168.99.1 or even a far away IP, like 10.10.80.1. Same result: no connection ever. Host not resolved, DNS probe failed. I set the DNS in the DHCP on the 10.10.80.1 LAN to the same 64.139.97.x, and I can load one or two pages and then it stops again.
I'd be happy to run the engenius in an AP repeater mode or something similar and reduce the second router. I just can't ever get it to connect to my main router that way.

The bridge doesn't have wifi capabilities, hence the need for another router. The bridge is being used merely to receive the signal and turn it into a wire. Then I connect that into the WAN of the wifi router inside the shop. Which is where the subnet change is necessary. It hasn't ever worked with the shop LAN in the same subnet as the bridge/home LAN.
There are other modes on the bridge. It's set to client bridge, it also has WDS, client router, and AP. I experimented with each of them and I could get internet to the engenius every time, but trying to get it to another router failed.
It's not a problem to buy a long range outdoor AP. It is a long distance but I get a strong signal at the bridge. It is probably just the cheap ass TP link router and cheap ass engenius not communicating well? Do you have some product suggestions? The biggest issue isn't getting wifi the distance of the shop. It's getting a wifi signal inside the shop. The walls block out any repeaters unless I go to a more costly unit. Any type of wifi repeating I've attempted has never worked, regardless of distance. The units never connect, even though they can identify each other's MAC's and both have WDS. WDS basically needs two of the same brand and model router right? That's why I figured I couldn't get it to go.

Thank you. You just cleared up a ton of info in my mind and connected many puzzle pieces.
Naonin
Wow 10% fail rate off the bat? Are the s7 any better?
Naonin
Any suggestions?

In 4 years. That's gives me enough time to mine enough to pay for itself and then plenty.
What I mean is with power costs as low as they are where I live, and a high enough hash rate (antminer s9), I should generate .4 btc a month, which more than pays for itself.
Naonin
Miners are worthless? My electricity is 2.7 cents/kwh. Not a good investment?
Naonin
Centralization isn't a guarantee of stability.
Naonin
Yeah epsom salts on occasion are good. But don't do it frequently because of sulfur buildup.
Magnesium chloride is really good through the skin. Chloride is another nutrient we can safely use more of.
Naonin
My thoughts would go back to the synergy between some nutrients.
Vitamins A, D, and K (and E, but E is less important on zc) are synergistic with calcium and magnesium mostly, but there is a bit of synergy between iodine and vitamin A. It's possible that an increase in iodine helps vitamin A utilization, which might help the skin somewhere downstream.
It could be magnesium too if you're saying the beach is helping acne. Magnesium is best through the skin and that's likely how people have been getting magnesium throughout history since dietary magnesium sources are scarce.

By drop I meant drop into my stomach. Lol. Increase appetite to consume enough food to properly recover. Poor wording on my part.

Resident ketogenic pothead here. The interesting stuff is that rat astrocytes given THC responded by increasing ketogenesis. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/10098887 Sadly that raises more questions than answers.
Keto and THC seem to work on epilepsy under similar mechanisms, PPAR activation: http://michiganmedicalmarijuana.org/blog/587/entry-1090-cannabinoids-ketogenic-diets-holy-basil-and-the-ppar-connection/
Add that with the evidence Ash has collected and the lack of negative evidence, overall cannabis is something that when used appropriately can be very medicinal and work in conjunction with keto favorably.
Anecdote wise, it helps me sleep but if I have too much it makes me groggy. So I only use a little in the evening.
There are times I suspect it helps muscle recovery, and other athletes mention it helps them to keep going, but there may be a lot more context than people are willing to admit. May require either constant blazing or frequent breaks depending on the person. I think the dose is entirely dependent on the person, the strain they are consuming, the method they are consuming from (vape, smoke, edible, RSO, etc, are all different experiences).
Another interesting anecdote, as long as I'm strict keto, I don't get munchie cravings, but I can eat like a mad man. I feel like I retain my choice of food and the amount I want to eat. Very helpful when it's leg day and I need to drop an additional 500 cal.
So what's your interest in weed and ketosis?
Naonin
Yup, the cheaper, the better. Also confirmed by Ash Simmonds.
Naonin
You should watch the pbs space time relativity playlist on YouTube. Understanding relativity has changed how I view the whole universe.
Naonin
Not sad. I don't know what I would do if that started happening to me. No judgement here, lol.

What's the point of a laser pointer? If you're paralyzed, how could you use it? And if they can get in our minds, wouldn't they know a camera is in the room?
(I'm new, sorry if these are basic things. It just seems unlikely that one could do anything in this situation.)
Naonin
Absolutely not. The reason for the increase in sodium is because of lowered insulin levels. Insulin helps the kidneys reuptake sodium, so lower insulin means less sodium reuptake, therefore increased sodium needs. Potassium is not impacted this way.
Naonin
1500 mg of sodium is ridiculously low anyways, especially for a ketogenic dieter. 5g+ is really a better intake, on top of what you get from food. That'd cover the needs for iodine too. It's okay to play it by ear a bit and experiment. Don't fall into analysis paralysis. ;)
Naonin
Mathematically speaking, 150 mcg (RDI) is the minimum necessary to prevent deficiency. Look at the history of how this number was arrived at. It was mostly arbitrary (as other RDIs are) and was set at the same time iodine stated being added to salt (specifically because an increasing epidemic of hypothyroidism that was treated with iodine... That one should have you questioning our current iodine recommendations and the rate of hypothyroidism now).
I agree. It is very hard to find unbiased sources. I haven't done a full write up of the info in here, So it's more of a pile of sources that just hint at what I've got. Feel free to criticize, but I think I've got most of the "real" info on iodine that available. "Real" meaning not full woo, but there will be some woo mixed in. It comes with the territory of choosing your own path like we are doing here.
If you have questions ask away.

You're not supposed to change from eating 100g fat and 100g protein to 0g fat and 400g protein. Just drop fat by 20-30g and hold protein constant. Why is that bad?
Hormones and calories both matter.
You're missing the impact that glucagon has also.
Naonin
Fat is important... For burning body fat.
How does eating more fat burn more fat?
Naonin
where else are you going to get [fat] from?
Body... Fat... Stores? The exact thing you're trying to get rid of when cutting.
Naonin
You're really running off a lot of assumptions. Let me point out the assumptions:
- your lipid panels are in the danger zone
- saturated fat has connections to CVD
- unsaturated fats have been proven to lead to a longer, healthier life in your context (if you weren't assuming this then you wouldn't be downing olive oil)
These assumptions are creating unnecessary fear. Either you know, or you don't. Make a decision.
You stated your own options yourself: 1. You can't return to a high carb diet. It's obviously not working. At this rate the bg issues will kill you faster than CVD. 2. You feel good with sat fats, took blood tests (which ones?) And decided against eating them because of numbers that aren't out of range.
I'm gonna be more frank by this point. You're freaking out over nothing dude. 265 total cholesterol isn't high. 220-240 has been correlated with the lowest all-cause mortality. You're barely out of that range. If your low carb diet decreased trigs, LDL-C is going to rise. It's simply the way the calculated formula works. Get a direct test if your worried, look at particle count and type and get LDL measured directly.
What were your macros when you did keto before?
Thanks. That makes much more sense. Ubiquiti point to point it is.
