If Americans are so concerned about gang violence filtering into the country, why are you spending billions fighting an unnecessary war in Iran rather than preventing gun and drug trafficking and gangs from entering and proliferating in your country? Maybe instead of manufacturing and selling guns, Americans should be creating jobs and opportunities for students and new graduates and low income people so that they have sources of income that do not come from working with gangs. Instead of school mass shootings, how about instead offer extra curriculars and promote inclusivity and end bullying. You got a quote from a legit plastic surgeon or dermatologist who said removing it would cause scarring.
So instead of getting it removed by a professional who is highly skilled with proper tools in a clinical space who would properly sedate you and anesthesize the location, you would rather go to a chop shop that will remove it for $50 in a garage in Chinatown with an exacto knife by someone with dubious qualifications. And you expect them to do better than the professional dermatologist with precision tools in a clinic who has to answer to an association and lawsuits if they mess up? A professional who needs to continue getting requalified in order to maintain their license to practice?

If you want cheap and good, you'll need to travel. I've heard good things about dermatology clinics in Seoul that do excellent work.
If you want good and in Canada, there are numerous clinics. I have had a good experience with the Toronto dermatology centre.

OP had to have known that Fiance's cousin was invited. When I was getting married, I was checking the responses daily. OPs sister was just trying to save face after other people questioned her about her sister not attending. Probably the Qs started when she went bridesmaid dress shopping with her bridesmaids, and someone asked whether little sister was going to be a jr. bridesmaid and where was she?, and OPs sister said OP wasn't invited. That would have started tongues wagging and questions. Ultimately OPs sister realized she was wrong to have excluded immediate family. But had OPs sister been my sister, I would not have forgiven so easily. I would have gone to the wedding, but our relationship would have been strained for a long time.
