I have a property where I was told everything checked out perfect for years during an inspection. Then two years ago they decided to change rules and say they needed me to put up a handrail (it was 1 step) and I had to do some additional electrical work. The electrician said it was completely unnecessary, and it cost me $800. Also, if I didn't get it "fixed" in one month, they would stop payment. In my opinion, that's was pushes landlords to not want to deal with vouchers.

I think I just had a heart attack

Sometimes people vote or support based on issues, not the person.

I wouldn't drink, it's just not worth it to me. But if you do it in moderation (1 or 2 drinks) you might be ok from bad side effects. Again, I wouldn't, but that's my opinion.

Usually the GI Dr would just look at the images from a previous colonoscopy. I had to switch my Dr 3 months after a colonoscopy, and they just got the report from the previous office. Then it was a 3 year wait for the next one. Is there something in particular they want to look at? It seems a bit excessive for having a colonoscopy three times in one year unless they are keeping an eye on something. I would ask your new Dr why or what they are looking for. It might be perfectly normal and they just want to make sure you are healing. It could also be to make sure your prescription gets approved. But I would want to know why

<Georgia> There are a lot to choose from this week, but it has to be Georgia

NitsabKB

Wow

NitsabKB

Now we are equal

I have a feeling this will be a weird game

NitsabKB

I just got prescribed the same thing. Hopefully it works quickly

It sounds like a difficult situation with no end in sight. Eventually your kiddo will get older, and things will get a bit easier (especially when they go to school). I have 2 kids, 1 that has Autism, and things can get very difficult for our family. I am lucky enough to own my own business, and I can do a lot of my work at home. My wife is able to pick up my slack when I'm having a difficult time, so things are decent when we work as a team.

But a few years ago, I felt like I was in a similar situation as you. My kids being younger and a bit more difficult to care for, and my wife and I did not communicate as well as we do now. Communicating and understanding each other tremendously helped out.

I don't really have much advice for you, but I can understand what you are going through. I hope things do get better for you, and maybe you and your husband can find a middle ground to help each other out. Also, try your best to get as much rest as possible. I know it's easier said than done, but I always notice an improvement with my health issues when I get plenty of rest.

Good luck, and if you ever need to vent just go right ahead.

You don't get free speech in the military

<Texas> but there is a lot to choose from this week.

NitsabKB

OMG

NitsabKB

I do too. But I also understand that our offense just can't do much. We probably need to reach 31 to have a good shot at winning. That might have been our best shot at scoring a TD for the rest of the game. And our defense is getting tired.

garbage

NitsabKB

offsides

NitsabKB

Probably. A South Carolina player got ejected doing that to Alabama

NitsabKB

That makes me happy

I'm sorry that you have had such a difficult situation with your condition. It sounds like you have gone through a lot of awful things. I wish you nothing but the best possible outcome, and I'm sorry you have to deal with all of that. I hope maybe someday that someone can come up with a cure where none of us have to go through anything that any of us have delt with. But listen, that is your perspective. When I posted my initial comment, it was to the poster, not you. The poster is not you, and is in a different situation. I'm sorry you don't have any other options, but the poster sounds like they do have options. I feel for you, but that doesn't give you the right to talk down to me and be a jerk.

NitsabKB

Awsome!!!

NitsabKB

Have they tried every type of medicine? Do you know their complete medical history? Are you a gastroenterologist? There are options for the poster. And as long as you have options, then you have hope. If you think they have no other options, then you are lying or incompetent. I don't understand your issue, and why you are so negative. I hope whatever you are going through, that things get better for you.

NitsabKB

What is your problem? I'm just trying to be positive, and then you attack me for no reason. I see why people never post or respond to anyone on here. What should the poster do? Give up? Be negative? I try to be optimistic. Is that for everyone? Maybe not. But that's just my perspective. If the poster doesn't want to hear what I have to say, I completely understand. But for you to step in and be a jerk, it's completely unnecessary. And yes, there are options to treat Crohn's with different medications, diet, and possible surgery. It doesn't make things better for what they had to go through and what they are dealing with now. But there is potential for the poster to get back in remission, and in the end, that's what I'm hopeful for.

NitsabKB

I don't see you all beating Georgia, but the rest of your schedule is very winnable.

NitsabKB

Just trying to be positive. Doesn't do anyone good to be negative.
