I own and operate a restaurant and do all of our photography, graphic design, and social media. Just say you’re lazy and move on.

Yeah i'm not sure if it's just recency bias but I definitely noticed traffic going into Las Palmas on Charlotte was diabolical yesterday when I was trying to get into K&S

I own Verna in midtown (in the old Café Coco building) and we're open until 12am. That said, the simple answer is that it's more expensive than it's ever been to be open an hour at all, and there simply isn't that much demand for coffee later in the day. If we didn't offer a full food and cocktail menu, I wouldn't have anywhere near enough coffee business to even pay for the staff during those hours.
