I said a decade ago that as soon as the 135k 2.5 in my yj blew I was doing an engine swap. It just won't die.

If you look at the back corner on the passenger side, there's a plastic panel underneath that the rollover valve is connected to. Mine would leak every time I filled my tank all the way up.

This is the part that leaked on my 88:

I believe there's a rollover valve on that side that has a tendency to dry out and crack.

I dig it. I wasn't sure about it about 5 years ago so I coated it in plastidip with the intention of peeling it and properly painting it if I liked it. It's held up so we'll I haven't messed with it.
