Yeah, I don’t have a choice, as soon as the time ran out on my ability to sue over the “favor” of cutting off my skin, they dropped me mid-treatment. I’m hoping rff is an option, but I’m also so tired of being a medical patient and kinda untrusting, so I’m not persuing surgery, just want a site id’d.

5’1”, but they said they wanted me right at 20 for my BMI. Which is wild because I know they’ll refuse if your BMI is under 18, so I would have to balance between 96 and 104.

My ex was a trans man as well and he did things to me sexually that took way longer to recover from than when cis men did similar things and part of why it hurt was because he had a deep knowledge and, I thought, understanding of dysphoria.
I’m bi/pan and a trans women hurt me in a similar way and emotionally it was worse than when a cis man did it because she was trans.
People can kinda suck, t4t is not intrinsically “better” than anything else. My mother once told me it was okay to not get along with someone who is also queer because “not all straight people like each other!”

Ask your surgeon, they all have slightly different opinions and you are better off listening to your surgeon consistently.

The ONLY upside to loosing as much weight for surgery as I did is that I have a fantastic scrotum. I had a very meaty downstairs which lended itself nicely to scrotoplasty. They managed to get size medium implants in and they swing. Also have a decent bulge in my jockstrap.

The last surgeon I spoke to wanted me to get down to 102lbs before she would do it, and said we couldn’t be sure about the skin until I lost at least 20 pounds. I do have the blood flow for it (I didnt need to be told I could have a dick if I picked up an eating disorder). I’m 143ish rn, I was 187 when I got referred; they wouldn’t even discuss phallo at the weight.
I’ve experienced more fatphobia during my transition than actual transphobia.
Edit: she also said she couldn’t promise they could do pedicled because the artery might be too short

I had to loose 0.9 bmi points to be taken seriously and I was told by plastics to get on a glp1 to do it. I did, I lost forty pounds in six months, I got bottom surgery. The systemic fatphobia lead to them doing skin removal surgery we had not planned for and I didn’t want, and they acted like I should have been thankful that did “free body contouring” on my abdomen… I had talked to the urologist about my intrest in abdominal phalloplasty. Walked into stage two with dreams of a big dick one day, walked out having lost potentially my only phallo donor site because the plastics surgern didn’t read my chart and the urologist communicate or chart about our appointments properly. If I hadn’t lost the weight, I would still like my tummy, which now has a massive scar instead of a penis, and I wouldn’t feel like a medical team decided I should want the skin gone and amputated my stomach without justification. Which the surgeon claimed it was accidental, but her ignoring everything I said after she told me to loose weight was intentional.

My dog is in so many bottom surgery posts. I’m so happy you found a dick for you. Consider buying an extra and putting in storage tbh.

UL can change how receptive vaginal sex feels and if it is even possible as well. People talk as if it’s “just” that you will need an extra surgery, but the topographical nature of your anatomy is changed. It’s entirely possible to have UL with no vaginectomy and still loose the ability to bottom vaginally.

Clarification; Burial is optional and meta does not increase size.

I had meta and still cannot top with my anatomy. I had a vnectomy, which can be a requirement from some surgeons for urethral lengthening to urinate from your dick, and bottom long anally physically feels better now. I cum untouched from receiving penetration. I can also orgasm jerking off in under 50 seconds, consistently. Bottom surgery made bottoming better.
I recommend looking at r/metoidioplasty if size and penetration are not priorities.
I’ll also admit, I’m much more comfortable topping with the decreased dysphoria than I was earlier in my transition. To the point that I have considered phallo to have penetrative sex.

The squeeze thing fascinates me, especially since I’ve had meta but don’t have much growth, if feel like it would need a design like the more me stroker, the issue it the outside has to be firm enough to penetrate but soft enough to feel what would be fairly subtle sensation from insertion. I never liked 3 in 1s because the rod has to be carried and inserted. I would like a way to make it erect without removing it.

I have no experience, but I have never heard of anyone being recommended UL without vnect. I will admit, UL was a big part of why I love my meta, but I really just cared about the vnect and labia removal. The visual difference is undeniable and I would get any part of meta by itself if I couldn’t have gotten everything because it did help, but the biggest difference for me was knowing the hole was gone, knowing I had been able to have surgery.
I also pretty much have confirmation that I don’t have a donor site either and it is a lot to deal with, please take care of yourself.

Congrats! I’m so happy to hear about your experience. People often ask “if” a surgeon will do something, frankly it’s a question of “will”. I had to loose weight and it messed me with my head to associate access to gender affirming care with speedy weight loss. I hope more surgerons will take things like personal weight goals into consideration when planning surgeries.

I did enjoy the catheter tbh, the sleep was fantastic. My cat laid on my feet for 9 hours.

And what a fine set they are! Take it easy, you only heal once.

(I don’t know how to quote on Reddit but want to emphasize)
“It is good to know that if you have sex with a partner with the same type of HSV, but in a different location, it is incredibly rare after a first outbreak for it to 'infect' a new area.”
Because I did not know that at all and it should be common knowledge.

Honestly, I just check for sores and ask but many people don’t know because it’s not tested for. I’m just kinda expecting it one day.
I’ve hooked up with a few guys with HSV1 or 2 and they were on meds and said they hadn’t had breakouts. They were way more chill about sharing STD results and using condoms than anyone else I’ve spoken to. Honestly, the same reason I’m open to people were are undetectable; they tend to be okay with safer sex practices. I can’t take meds to protect from herpes, but I’m on prep and doxypep, and I supply condoms. I think your experience will vary but I don’t think it’s disqualifying or a death sentence.
Sex is a calculated risk and as long as everyone is informed about the risks, that’s fine.

I was going to say the same thing, I’ve seen pics of way worse stuff heal on its own

You have great balls! Those rear shots are fantastic. Congrats, dude! Especially on the locker rooms. I’m getting second hand euphoria.

I think it’s also important to point out that OP was okay with sex he was too drunk to consent to BUT NOT EVERYONE WOULD BE. So if you and your buddies find a bottom unconscious in a sling and replicate these actions, it’s likely that you would have committed rape and harmed someone, not to mention the criminal aspect.
Non-binary_prince
A good top will also respond to if the bottom needs something, which is harder to do if the bottom is unconscious. A good top wouldn’t rape anyone either.

Interesting in the gendercat sleeve

Grocery carts haven’t happened yet. Thanks for the tip!
Extended does not guarantee added length either, it can create more length but doesn’t always
