I would assume the percentage should match the ratio. So if certainty of A > 2/3 (or 1000/1500) then you should choose A if it's less than you should choose B.
So, algebraicly
if CofA > x / (x+y) then A
if CofB > y / (x+y) then B
Sorry not sure how you formally do "if, then" in algebra.

I am just in awe of people who make stuff like this, and provide such detailed instructions, and the whole time you're just thinking... there's no way this is going to work. And then it works!
Lifesaver. Brilliant person, you should feel very good about yourself.

I think the graph can act as a good way to review in a way that doesn’t let notes get neglected, lost, duplicated. It’s a different lens. But agreed, it doesn’t really help organise.. just gives a semi-random access way of reading notes that you might otherwise miss—I generally use it to do housekeeping on orphans, when I’m procrastinating.

Also, try publishing your ideas, like I do at nonzerosum.games, I learn a lot from my readers.

Real world testing. Have your knowledge challenged in real time at a meet up somewhere, there are loads of clubs where nerds hang out and talk about intellectual topics, you’ll quickly find you have more to learn, or that you need to learn to make clearer arguments for your conclusions.
It’s nice to feel you have everything worked out though, enjoy it while it lasts. It won’t last forever.

Feeling dumb is what actual learning feels like.

You're not phrasing it right. You need to start with "You're right to point that out, you were in fact being very clear, and not vague at all..." then very gently probe for more information.

Forget listening, it seems like you didn’t even read the whole title.

I’m actually leaving. I’m not here to help you sort out whatever issues you have going on. Touch grass.

I’ve answered the question in the thread. Instead of “polymath“ use “the name of this sub”, easy. You could have read the thread, or just used your brain. But there you go, spoon fed.

Read the thread 🤦♂️

🤣 fair call

Please release me from this conversation, lol, it was just a silly comment, not a thesis topic.
NonZeroSumJames
Yeah, I get what you were saying, and largely agree, the comment was entirely unserious.

Should just have this answer permanently on the clipboard.

By referring to “the name of this subreddit”
The scenario is about trusting others to take on larger targets. So, in terms of products this would be about creating a start up with an ambitious product that requires a team, rather than doing something safe individually (like getting a normal job or doing drop-shipping or something).
The game acknowledges the inherent risk involved in trusting / needing other members in a team, and weighing that against a potentially large shared payoff.
