Exactly, 100%

No it doesn't. Marriage is just a construct imposed by a church. People who are not married should absolutely have the same rights as those that are married just because they don't want to sign a piece of paper.

You don't want to be in a de facto relationship, don't move in. Just like if you don't want to get married, don't get married.

The law doesn't force it, people choose it because it has been a normal society factor in NEW ZEALAND for decades.

There are people in their 50/60 that never got married cos they didn't see the point, or they didn't want to lose 50% if they got married. There was a time when the man would walk out/kick her out, and leave nothing for the woman even though she contributed to running of the house and provided her partner emotional support, and if she worked, she'll still contribute financially.

You're arguments and way of thinking do not reflect Kiwi life, and I haven't seen someone argue the way you have been since the 90's. So yeah, that's my reason in asking if you are from NZ. Unless you've been heavily indoctrine in your religion.

A good lawyer will actually argue % of contribution to the relationship. I've seen it happen before where the women tried for half the house, but cos there was proof she didn't contribute much to the relationship, she was only paid out a couple of grand.

But then I've seen the horror stories of both men and women getting cleaned out of half after 3 yrs.

What a ridiculous comment. Are you even from this country? For decades, people know that if you are living together, and your not married, it's a de facto relationship.

You don't want a de facto relationship, don't move in.

But I think your real agenda is trying to push the archaic tradition of marriage.

Ooo, ooo... I just found the guy ⬇️

Everytime someone says, "Well I've... " it's normally start of a debate/argument/disagreement. Construct your example so it doesn't come across as defensive. Just a helpful tip.

Love that. More money for Chch. And politicians in the past have tried to convince CCC to sell.

So annoying. I'm a family of 3, someone has to miss out. When I choose meat now, I don't care what sizes the portion are, as long as they can be divided equally.

Find out what iwi you are. If they won't tell you, find the area your mum and or grand parents came from. Māori are very good at keeping track of who is who, and who comes from where. We are very accepting people, and we also get excited when we run into someone from the same iwi. We're pretty family focus.

I know for my immediate family, there was a dark period where some members did horrible things (60's, 70's, 80's). But we pulled through that.

You're over a year too late for this post. Makes me wonder how you found it 🧐

You're not a r/lostredditor from the other side of the world are you?

This reminds me of the time I took my kid to the doctor when he was 13. The doctor told me off and to let him speak. Learnt a lot that day.

You're gonna have to do another post with all the other suggestions so there's full transparency when making my decision.

They're not competing with McDonald's. In my 20's I thought the same. Now I'm older, I love the nostalgia, and after 10 yrs, my kids got to experience Mr Whippy outside our house.

It was fucken awesome.

I've noticed that there seems to be more fat and gristle in the mince. I rarely buy mince now cos of it. Even the prime mince seems to have more white in it than it should.

I take dibs on the glass ones

Do you know what's sick? Your ignorance. There's a doco about ex-gang members that was done years ago. You should give it a watch.

They'll just breath test you if under, and they'll advice you not to do it.

The new ones are shit. My ole school one broke a year or two back. I'm always looking out for a replacement in the junk stores.

Many years ago, the warehouse sold glass containers that had measurements on the side, that's what I'm currently using for liquids. Everything else, just classic baking cups

That's a wide drive, and it even widens at the street. There is no excuse for them to have issues getting out of it.

Put a large note on your dash that says, "If you are having trouble getting out of your drive because I'm legally parked here, you shouldn't have to a licence"

He did say 3-4, so looks like he's fine

Looks like the reviewer has some unconscious biases to me. Maybe it's packed differently, or maybe the server was attracted to them, or maybe it was busy and they weren't paying attention to the serving size. The reviewer is pulling at straws.

They're in my yard.

I have two families that stop by everyday. The oldest group have now started getting their adult feathers.

Oh yeah, jumping to the gun is so annoying. Same as the ones that want to learn everything at once, but there's so much to learn, that mistakes that we can't have occur.

Thanks for the well wishes, I too have thought many times in the past of having a swig of whiskey.

Non_Creative_User

Haha true that. Couldn't agree more 😁

Don't apologise for the rant. I had a full-blasting rant about work just the other week, so it's always good to let it out. Tomorrow, I'm training a new person, and it's always sooo tiring. Not looking forward to being shattered lol.
