I'm only 1 year younger than you and our 2nd was born a few weeks ago. Could I handle the lack of sleep better if we had him younger? Sure, but, everything I did in my 20s and early 30s led to me having 2 kids in my mid/late 30s.
Tbh I ask myself the same question, especially when my 3 year old wants me to run and throw her around, and I'm on the verge of putting my back out or almost going into cardiac arrest. But I use that to spur myself to keep healthy, eat better, and workout more.
Don't let the worry of being too old affect you. Definitely don't use it as and excuse to not be the best dad for your kid. If you are worried, make sure you're in the best health you can be to take part in them growing up.

Yes, I went through a similar thing with my dad. We were never very close and only spoke or saw each other once or twice a year. He was in hospital for a couple of days when his cancer was terminal and took him a few days to pass. I was there the whole time and felt that I should have felt more upset, the same as the people around me but I just wasn't.
My advice is to be carefully tuned in to your emotions as you don't want it to manifest as something else after he's passed. Sometimes I get angry at my dad for being such a shitty parent but I don't let it sit too long as there's literally nothing I can do now and should have said or done things when he was alive but I never did.
Don't feel guilty about not feeling a certain way or not being too upset from losing him. Unfortunately we don't always have the parents or friends we wish we had.

How do you know they even did?

Probably if some kind of far-right wing party was voted in. Although that could be closer than we think.

Sorry to hear about this. My girlfriend has the same thing. I'm not sure where she heard about this but she managed to treat her migraines by self medicating with riboflavin. Its pretty much stopped them dead although a few migraines crop up sometimes. Defo worth looking into.

Same with a lot of non contact sports like snooker and even motor sports.

You should see the bootlickers on this guy's LinkedIn page. Really cringeworthy the amount of people who suck up to him.

Half and half tbh. My dad had a solid hairline, no signs of hairloss at all and I started receeding at 20, bald by 30. Its better to see the funny side. The genetic lottery can be a bitch.

Finasteride kind of works if you combine it with using minoxidil but some of the side effects suck. Better to accept your destiny and shave/buzz.

As a daily smoker all I can say is that this might be true if they remain high 24/7 but the PTSD will return 10 fold once they try to come off the stuff.

Over here in the UK a lot of shows have discussed why they chose to broadcast it all on social media the way they have.
The devastating photos that have been taken and posted online. The only one I can recall is the pic of the 2 of them in the hospital bed. It a heartbreaking pic but I guess the flip side is that they either semi posed for the pic or someone close to them took the pic while they were unaware.
I really do feel for them and I really hope they haven't played up for the social media attention after going through something so devastating.

Isn't this known as bear-baiting?
