I really like Tasty Bite Madras Lentils. They sell it in individual serving size bags in the ethnic food aisle of the grocery store. If you like it, Costco also sells it in 6-packs. It tastes like bean chili. I microwave it in the bag, and then I'm good to go. They also make a spicy version.
I've had some of their other products, and they're mostly pretty good. Much better than eating a frozen dinner.

Akeem Ali has some awesome freestyles, as well as some good songs with Old Orleans, who is also pretty good. I don't like Akeem Ali's alter ego Keemy Casanova, so I automatically avoid those songs.
Also, I originally discovered RJ Payne on YouTube when he originally released a ton of freestyles titled 60 Seconds of Payne. He's an absolute beast on the mic. He also released a ton of mixtapes that are available on Spotify and YouTube Music. Now I listen to everything he outs out.

I hope you guys realize that the most recent Sumud Flotilla didn't even have any aid/food/supplies for tje Palestinians in Gaza. They even admitted that they were only trying to breakthrough the siege. The Flotilla boats were empty.
