I grew up in a shoes off at the door household and I've continued that in my adult life. I prefer to be barefoot, I find it more comfortable. I only opt for socks when I'm wearing shoes.

I did ask two different employees/locations and both said they had no idea.

At first I thought I was having beef with the old lady at my drop off center. She would say it's overweight and that she isn't even allowed to accept them. She would begrudgingly take them but read me a riot act about how USPS will charge you the difference and a $15 charge for each package. I was swearing up and down that I chose the correct option and often my items were significantly under the weight of the package size I chose. I even recalibrated my scale just in case something was wrong.

Then I looked at the labels USPS was printing and they all said under 15 ounces....

I'm not lying about anything, I'm telling you what we overheard on Friday and then had a full on discussion with the usher in our section regarding the show on Saturday.

I said it on another thread but I was there on Friday and overheard the ushers having a meeting. The head guy said if it even called for rain on Saturday, Acrisure would not be opening the gates. The stadium has a rule that if it thunders, everyone needs to move to the concourse - everyone in the stands, floor seats and pit and he said it's impossible to get everyone moving and it not turn into a problem.

I honestly don't think Morgan Wallen or anyone else performing made the final decision, I think it falls to the facility.

The last time I even attempted to enter that building was last year and the owner was struggling to navigate her own paths. I'm all for a good dig but that is so overwhelming, you risk moving one item and an entire wall of things falling over. Her prices are atrocious as well.

No parent is showing up because no parents have been invited. It quite literally is an event that only includes your daughter and her soon to be fiance.

Is it listed as brand new? If so and I ordered it, I would expect it to be unworn/unwashed.

I had this problem on Depop, listed an olive/army/sage green sweatshirt with multiple photos (natural light, bright light, etc).

Two days after it was delivered she opened a claim, comparing it to her blue teal (think Philadelphia Eagles) and Depop approved it saying it wasn't green. It came back to me smelling of nasty floral perfume. So I'm guessing she wore it for whatever she needed and then wanted her money back.

This breaks my heart. Today marks 2 months since I had to have my boy Ralph PTS. When he started to decline, one of the issues was getting into/out of the litter box. Often, he would step in with his front legs but it was too painful to step in with his back legs and he would miss the box entirely.

Rug scrubbers, eventually tearing up the carpet/redoing the entire floors and coming up with creative solutions to litter box problems - I couldn't imagine locking him up in a closet. I am not trying to cast stones to you or your brother because I do understand the mental health aspect of the situation and it's so unfortunate for literally everyone involved.

I cannot help but I do hope someone is able to take in this handsome guy and give him free roam of a happy, clean and safe living environment. 🩶

NTA, although it should have been mentioned prior to her attending her first ever business luncheon. Phrased as simply as, "we let the client/associate/whatever order first and we follow their lead. Appetizers, quick bites or full meals, dessert and/or drinks, etc. Allow them to set the tone for ordering."

That said, I wouldn't order vegetarian or vegan just because the client does. Different palates make the world go round or whatever.

I never had to worry much about this though, aside from drug rep lunches or after work medical conferences/presentations. Drug reps would call the morning of, ask where the physicians wanted lunch from and then would say to please keep it at $___ per person. The majority of the physicians didn't even take that into consideration and would order steak, lobster, shrimp, etc. Quite a few reps started straying away from that method and just showing up with two dozen miscellaneous bagels and spreads or had a catered meal delivered.
