If we assume the average coin is flipped ~10 000 times in its lifetime (arbitrary), what are the odds that there is at least one sequence of 5 tails? Without doing the exact math, the odds are obviously extremely high. So to get within your 5% cutoff we would need to find any sequence of flips that both has a high chance of happening to a tails-weighted coin and low chance of happening to a normal coin. EDIT: Alternatively we can look at the opposite and find a sequence that has a low chance of happening on a tails-weighted coin, e.g. 5 heads in a row (this might give better / faster results actually, can't check right now).
