And as a current anthem "customer", nowhere accepts them

OG-Dropbox

Selling on eBay for $10-20, nice find

I'm leaning towards mint mark. That area on a Philadelphia should be pretty blank, unless it's some weird looking pmd

OG-Dropbox

The amount of pitting leads me to believe a cast fake, never seen a comment section be this sure it's genuine so I'm second guessing myself lol

OG-Dropbox

White label is fake/basement slab, green and blue are good

OG-Dropbox

Make sure the binder pages are not pvc, if you fold and it doesn't crease swap it out. Plastic tube is fine but obviously try and avoid dropping them in if you care about scratches

I miss fake out/last resort

OG-Dropbox

That is what I've seen. My boss got two bags and found 7 privys, few other dealers we work with also got multiples in their bags and rolls. Might be confirmation bias but who knows anymore

OG-Dropbox

I feel like they lied about the mintage of the July 4th privys fucken everyone I know who bought these had a couple mixed in

OG-Dropbox

Green means CAC believes the grade given is "solidly" the grade of the coin (sometimes coins on the lower end of a grade will not get green beaned)

Gold means they believe the coin is undergraded and that sticker is much rarer

OG-Dropbox

What are you missing?

OG-Dropbox

Yeah hard to see the fine details but I'm more confident than not it's a capped die

OG-Dropbox

For what it's worth, I'd be happy to look if you've got a better picture of the cc

OG-Dropbox

Exactly, can also see it on the reverse. My guess is probably not worth the cost of grading, but all depends on what you paid

Edit: to answer your question in another thread, if both sides are different grades the lower number is used

OG-Dropbox

Assuming it didn't straight grade at NGC? Solidly VF details but rim damage kills it

technically the 1866 Thayer amendment bans the likeness of living people on "bonds, securities, notes, or postal currency" and does not apply to coins.

The Presidential $1 Coin Act of 2005 states that the president featured on the $1 coin must be deceased.

To be fair, it's not real gold, only gold in color
