You are a moron. A dismissed charge means that he was initially arrested but there was not enough evidence to even charge him with a crime. The only people excluded from jury service are FELONS- which means a person convicted of a felony. He was not even charged with a felony. The issue is irrelevant to his jury service.

If anything Clancy's defense attorney dropped the ball by not questioning the prospective juror in voir dire and asking about a history of arrests for domestic violence...which again still would not be relevant to their potential service but may have been a basis to exclude him as a juror.

At the end of the day the lone juror who refused to bend to the consensus and vote not guilty was the only juror who did the job correctly. Every juror I have seen interviewed seems to have voted based on an intent to achieve JURY NULLIFICATION of the case. They wanted her excused for a heinous mass murder out of personal sympathy for her and some convoluted support for women. This was an insane jury.

This is a half truth. In reality the World Health Organization caused the HIV epidemic with a poorly designed vaccination program in the 1950s.
