ive spent an hour+ on most bosses and some gauntlets (damn greymoor craw gauntlet) and somehow beat the high halls gauntlet first try. (with the second needle upgrade and getting rid of the clawmaidens) some things are just easier or harder for different people and sometimes u also just get lucky.

well yeah you have to beat widow. im giving advice for later in the game where i also struggled.

i had problems with widow and im now on act 3 . skill issue or not this is a huge beautiful art piece of a game for $20. im not giving up. also OP i won't spoil anything but there's more than one way to beat act 1 so if you struggle to beat act 1 there might be an easier route depending on what kind of platforming or combat youre better at. personally i found one route easier and with upgrades was able to go back and do the other no problem. just my experience tho if youre not having fun take a break, quit, keep trying, whatever u feel.

that type of writing is exactly why zay is my favorite rapper. i dont always need to understand what he's talking about. i just need to feel it. and no one really does it like him.

for me, ive always viewed his lyrics as more akin to lyrics in other genres like folk, rock, etc. where it's more abstract, purely expressive and up to interpretation. not necessarily meant to be understood exactly as it is, but to express a feeling. you dont need to understand every word to understand what he's putting out there, you can feel it.

AINT GIVIN UP fs, i also love GTKY and HAPPY HOUR. most of the tracks are great tho.
