I signed paperwork that the landlord provided and it was supposed to be annual leases that auto renewed after every 12 month.

These a$$hats got my business for ADA violations, they never even came into the store. They just Google street viewed us and sent a blanket accusation/lawsuit to me. They basically accused me of having no ADA compliance and had to prove that I was. Retained an ADA lawyer who basically told me this is a loop hole in the California ada law that lets these a holes do this and it's basically free money. Even if your compliant you have to fork over a minimum of 10k to prove that your compliant and pay off the scumbags who are suing you. Also after you've proven compliance they can hit you again 6 months later for the same accusations, also they tend to hit minority/immigrant owned stores and business. Racists pricks who pray on the weak.

My friend, I also had that problem, I solved it by regularly pouring down an enzymatic cleaner i.e green gobbler down my drains weekly and now monthly for maintenance. Got to clean your pipes how ever you can then hit it with the enzymatic cleaner to dissolve all the organic materials in the pipes.

Just did mine yesterday, like prev6stated the hardest part is the prep, it tastes horrible and having bubble guts for 24 hrs is really no fun. The closest is the hmart in Lakewood, also couple signals down is the hannam chain in la palma. After that it's either torrance for the same 2, garden grove for hmart and arirang market, Buena Park is about 20 25 mins away with Zion, hmart, and hannam, and about the same time is Huntington Beach Hmart. I'm korean too just depends on what part of long beach you live.

Hey buddy, my meds are supposed to hit tomorrow afternoon, just got contact saying my stuff landed in LA. It funny we say the frozen north but my meds flew out of Boca Raton, fl. Everything so far has been pretty steady though. I'm guessing it's because we are excited to try something new.

Nice! I did the same on the 24th,but my meds must be in the frozen tundra since I have a made label but nothing to track. I'm in Cali so I have to use pro rx which seems to be the slower of the 2 options.
