No false statements just a list of very real bugs I have encountered (some of which recently got patched). Posting about them brings awareness and the devs cant fix something they dont know is broken. I also cant find a report bug option in game

I downloaded wine and the apple dev kit and just have codex get games working. Its worked for dozens of games and it usually takes less than 10 minutes and works from there on out

Yeah sometimes I will see enemy nametags in the ground as well. Seems like they spawned underground or something.

Nah im on PC. I wasnt really needing runes, i have thousands of every type I was trying to get to level 50 so I can make law runes because they are pretty hard to get, especially when you are playing with other people.
Ok_Bite_67
Thank god, maybe now I can finally get to crafting law runes 😭. Im at level 40 and the xp gain has gotten to a point where if I am runecrafting 50 at a time I still barely get any xp. Once you hit around 40 everything seems to be pretty difficult to level unless you seriously grind it out or have xp potions/items.

Yeah but early jinwoo was just skinny. Losing fat and putting on muscle will take much longer. But if you are just wanting to bulk and are already skinny, it is possible to do it without putting on a ton of fat.
Ok_Bite_67
Yeah seems to only affect some, not really sure what is causing it tho.
Ok_Bite_67
Great game, and thats I just wanna enjoy it without having to fight for my life lol.
Ok_Bite_67
Im at about 70 hours in, didnt start happening until the last patch for me.
Ok_Bite_67
Also seems to happen if you consume a potion or food that boost runecrafting xp from what ive experienced
Ok_Bite_67
I dont even have a ring and its still broken for me, just trying to level up runecrafting so i can finally craft law runes and im being forced to craft them one at a time
Ok_Bite_67
Yeah that and trying to swap between items in my hotbar seems to not work 50% of the time. Also noticed that occasionally when I destroy a build the items that are dropped sometimes cant be picked up and just sit there forever
Ok_Bite_67
Eh i dont keep track of my karma 🤷♂️ I just needed to say something before my desktop goes through a window tbh
Ok_Bite_67
If you equip anything that gives bonus xp runecrafting just doesnt work. I have been attacked by invisible enemies multiple times. There have been numurous instaces where i will cast a spell like return to home and the spell will just randomly not work even tho nothing interupted it. The list goes on. Its stuff that should be caught in QA before changes go live. Alot of these issues werent even in the game at release, they are from recent changes
Ok_Bite_67
The game is just a buggy mess. When I play im constantly running into bugs. The game feels significantly more polished than early access but its crazy how many bugs are slipping through the cracks.
Ok_Bite_67
I need them to fix the bug where runecrafting doesnt work if you have any xp gain items or effects.

Yeah because state owned tech always ends up going so well...
Ok_Bite_67
Any product has to be affordable or no one will buy it. Also companies arent sibsidizing anymore... Open AI and anthropic are likely easily breaking even if not even making revenue with anthropic about to go public
This one is a loaded question. Frontier intelligence will continue to be expensive. Current and previous capabilities will get cheaper.
You dont pay per query every think is input and output tokens and both are consistently getting cheaper. The rise in cost comes because people are now generating more tokens overall because of the drop in price. This is a standard thing thay happens with tech across the board.
Personally i am not dependant on it. If all AI services went down for the rest of the year i am confident I could pick back up with no issues... in fact I regularly do debugging myself because its faster.
Those companies are scared of breaking the law, especially since their customers are also large companies.
Yes and no depending on what you mean by check, i generally skim it and then test it as thoroughly as I can to make sure it works as intended.
Not really an issue, even if it does become illegal they cant prosecute you for stuff that happened before the law was created...
Have agents generate smaller changes. My agents do not generate more than 2000 lines per PR.
My role has shifted to that of a more tenured engineer. The experienced guys typically dont do the coding. They guide the direction of the software and make sure everything is up to par.
No, probably not. Thats why having a human in the loop is in important.
No, just stay involved and it wont happen.
Meow very loudly

On X you can get banned just for breathing (they use grok as an automod and it is wrong constantly)
Ok_Bite_67
Imo the difficulty settings in the game arent really a true difficulty setting. Its part of the natural progression of the game.
Ok_Bite_67
Tbh i dont find it boring, the part I always liked wasnt really coding but I really liked the problem solving part. I am also still very involved, i dont just say "hey go do x" i ask the model to have a conversation with me about it and then we find the problem together and discuss what the change or fix should be.
Ok_Bite_67
Tbh I think you are over estimating the number of people coding purely with llms. In my team (with 70+ people) I am the only person who makes changes to code with llms. Sure people use it for asking question, debugging, research. But its is pretty split from what I see. Most people who have been coding for 15+ years just dont seem to trust it. Tbh it makes my life much easier because im a 27 year old working in cobol and the less that I have to look at a green screen the better.

Official diagnosis, by both a psychologist and a psychiatrist. Spent 6 months being a lab rat to get diagnosed.
Also adhd often leads to overstimulation and people with adhd often thrive in chaotic situations.
Tbh I am a dev myself, i dont work on games, but I know how devs think. If one person experiences a bug and they hear nothing from anyone else then that bug becomes the lowest priority they have. If everyone and their mom post about the bug then suddenly it goes to the top of the list. And honestly I looked for 30 minutes and couldnt find a report bug option in the game (which is standard these days...).
