Well, I suppose that by sharing you mean swapping.
In that case (without giving you much personal information about my life). Twilight's main problem while being in my body is if she shares that she's not me but a talking horse from a little girl's cartoon show about friendship... straight to the mental asylum. That and the fact that even if I usually like interacting in English on the internet my country's main language isn't English. So she gonna have to learn a new lenguage in a really short period of time.
If she somehow gets past that, well there isn't much.
I'd see her adapting to being a human again, since you know... Equestria Girls.
Even after a while of living my life and realizing she can't go back to her old life because there is no magic in the real world. It may be hard for her to accept it. She wont be able to tell anyone that she's depressed because years of her life are gone, her friends are gone and she basically has to start over and move on.
I don't see her dismissing her old life as a dream, she may become extremely attached to the show or will avoid it at all cost.
Either way me and Twilight are gonna be so mentally tortured if we swapped bodies and lives is not even funny lol.

I'm larper. Even after years of mlp content, when I was a kid and even now I only liked fan content not the actual series (You know what parodies and stuff I'm talking about.,.) If I see any side or background character that I don't remember the name, they'll find out. If I'm asked about relevant events that weren't the most popular one's, they'll find out. Twilight is someone with an strict routine unlike me, Spike would find out. I hate parties, Pinkie would find out. I don't have the patience to handle Fluttershy, she would find out. If Applejack ask me for help with something and sees me using my hooves instead of my magic, she will find out. Rainbow Dash would realize I'm never flying and refusing to so, she would probably find out. I find Rarity deeply annoying, she would probably find out. Derpy would find out immediately no furder question.
Celestia would realize I'm not sending her any letters and would get a bit suspicious. Twilight's childhood friends would see me not recognizing them and would either get angry at me or think I have some kind of dementia or memory loss. Discord would immediately find out and either send me back to my original body/world or would not give a living f and keep up with his day. Everyone will ear me use words like "everyone" instead of "everypony" among other words and slurs that normal humans use (maybe not so often but I know I would).
Not to mention the fact that my mind would have a hard time adapting to Twilights body. Imagine you no longer have hands out of nowhere. No longer being able to walk in two legs as your brain was taught to. I would be trotting (if you can even call it that) like a complete and total freak. That only if my brain doesn't make me want to destroy my body. There is something called Body Integrity Identity Disorder, which would lead to me unconsciously or consciously trying to destroy my body.
Everyone in general would think that Twilight is having a stroke or just became dumber out of nowhere. Imagine, trying to replace someone with a high IQ. Do you think someone who works at a mcdonald knock-off would equal to that IQ?. No.
Twilight is someone- I mean SOMEPONY who would help others, most of the time... Me on the other hand, if I don't know you, unless you're dying I probably wouldn't help.
I CAN'T STAND MUSICALS. I hate musicals, a lot. If the ponies start singing and boy they LIKE TO SING. Maybe not all the time but A LOT of times. It wouldn't take me long maybe after the 237th song I would crash tf out and punch someone or tell everyone to shut up. Which means there is a small but clear chance that I end up telling everyone that I'm not Twilight.
The villains would probably not care and keep with their usual routine or see what is happening to Twilight as an advantage and probably do some evil things like conquering or destroying Equestia. As much as I would love to team up with some of them and betray everyone (Specially with Sombra or Trixie if she isn't redeemed here), I know damn well each and every mlp villain will stab me in the back as soon as they get what they wanted (I'm looking at you tall bug named Chrysalis).
It would probably take a few days for them to notice I'm not Twilight. EveryPONY would have their own theories. Some of them would say "Twilight is having an episode" or "Twilight got affected by a memory wiping magic spell" and maybe at last they will say "This isn't Twilight this is an imposter among usඞ". After this I would be jailed and interrogated on if I did something to Twilight or not. I would probably not fight back, if I was stupid enough to do so. You know how Twilight is the strongest of the mane six? but that's because of her use of magic. Applejack would beat the living HEy out of me, Rainbow would kick me into oblivion. Pinkie would pull the most random bullshit imaginable and beat me with the record player or something. I don't see Fluttershy or Rarity going through a violent route tho... If they do I'm dead.
The end of this is either: An interrogation that leads to me serving in pony jail for identity thief and potential murder while everyone mourns over what could have happened to the real Twilight. Or I get turned into stone. Or maybe Equestria gets destroyed/conquered while everyone wonders why Celestia's student and future princess ran away like a coward, that if the other princesses don't do anything of course, I mean Celestia or Luna or even Candace (I keep forgetting her name Shinning Armor's wife or whatever) could solve some of those problems or maybe not who knows. Or maybe Discord decides to swap me back to my body and Twilight back to her body and kicks me back to my world. Or maybe I end up in Canterlot Insane Asylum next to the mare that barks like a dog (you know who I'm talking about, the one that got insane after seeing a portal that lead to Equestria Girls).
Minimum a few hours. Maximum a week if I'm extremely lucky.
Pd: I didn't read that Twilight was there as a floating ghost thingy. That would be really annoying a bit more boring, but somehow helpful like having a Wikipedia that follows me everywhere. However the lack of privacy will lead to me exposing that I'm not Twilight to everyone and will end with me and the rest of the main six looking for discord (I'd assume he would fix it or be responsable for it).
