I had an issue where I completed two adventures in the same day but it only counted as one - very strange but it appeared to be working in every other way.

This is most likely food - my gsp had this issue when traveling - ran out of his regular food - sometimes a dog just gets a reaction even to food that he regularly uses. Did you make any changes to food, liquids or treats?

Edit: Also had this happen when his regular food at the time changed their formula - that could happen without you being aware of it - you could check with the brand. BTW - your GSP is beautiful.

Yes - are they able to be transported. I have experience with GSPs. I would take one. On the East Coast.

Yes the algorithm kicked in and saw that you only had been given generic ones and then started kicking in the location specific to catch you up - same thing happened to me with Paro.

You have that right - one time a new install/update had been just uploaded (another one) to Apple and a person was having difficulties on Finch (couldn’t get the event to finish -remember that one) which happened to me and I posted to let them know that a new install had just been uploaded and that was downvoted (lol). Very interesting hivemind (very apropos)

I feel for your situation - it would make the travel more relevant, enjoyable and educational if they were not so lackadaisical about the questions making the traveling lackluster - I am 28% completed in Rome and only have two that are Rome themed and the background remains the same trip with the Vatican in the background - having been to Rome - that for me is disappointing - it is the same for all of the sites - the algorithm keeps generating generic unrelated questions - but I did find when your percentages move up like I have with Paro (68%) that the algorithm gives you more discoveries regularly as the completion percentages climb (8/15 - 8 discoveries generic to Paro out of 15 possible)

It can also definitely feel counterintuitive when your birb is hanging out in Rome or Tokyo but spends the day reflecting on Tom and Jerry, air fryers, or Ed Sheeran.

This isn't a glitch either in the algorithm, but a intentional design choice by the Finch developers.

Edit: I find it interesting when I am expressing sympathy for the posters situation (with a pic for proof - mind you) and explaining the algorithms that are apparently being used and percentages that that amounts to downvotes. I certainly did not post my support to get upvotes but I find the downvotes interesting.

I really do not like this. What makes it even more disappointing is that we have collected items like the emerald collection - where the green - brown and purple hues will be non existent and/or don’t match. This is the same banter we had with Super Girl - what is the premium paying for? It boggles my mind that Finch just goes off in one direction constantly without user experience groups and members being allowed input. All of what makes Finch a stand out is slowly being eroded away. I personally do not like the palette combos - hues or colors - why not leave well enough alone. They do not match what we already have and I find them very cartoonish looking. And though we got an animation this month - we did not get a separate adventure like we normally get on the alternate month - just another task list. Things seem to be unraveling. And when folks voice any opposition - the thread gets locked. There have been multiple threads already locked discussing this very topic.

I agree - it should be a fun learning experience about the location itself. I loved Finchie but then I completed it. In most of the other ones that I have been to / the background stays the same and I am getting non location specific chats. So I sympathize but I suspect the developers have a lot on their plate right now just keeping the app running smoothly. A day ago while in the Galapagos - my birb discovered headbutt????? I had to wonder what their algorithm was thinking with that offered chat.

Terrific - I am happy for you - I wish Finchie could be everlasting - sad in a way that I got to 100% - but you can always go home to Finchie and feel relaxed.

Mine was 15 and I just checked and it is 7 - not sure what is going on - I preferred 15 to keep all of the numbers the same - I do not understand these changes - will let you know if it goes back to 15

No event for me either and no iPhone update either - we just had one a day or so ago but obviously that did not do the trick for the June theme. In fact - the quest page itself looks odd!

There seems to be a problem with the application today. Go check for a new installation update - I just updated again today. There was another installation for iPhone users. It did not correct the problems that I noticed but it may help with yours.
