Adult school staff are trained for these types of emergencies. Minor children are not - and so many cell phone calls often lag the network.

They don't like Peppermint oil. I put 10 drops of peppermint oil with 2 cups of water in a spray bottle. I spray the bottom where the floor meets the wall, and along the ceiling. It lasts about two weeks or so and smells nice. I have them in my basement and try not to kills them. They live quite a while (5 plus years) and I'm a bit fascinated by them and also terrified.

My sheets don't come out wrinkled or balled up when I do this. I had an Aunt who did this - and I don't know why it works - but it does.

I fold the sheet in half and pin the corners with a safety pin and maybe another in the middle. Seems to work.

I'm glad you had a good experience there, and it is my misfortune that the times I've tried to shop there, my experience differed.

Mill End is a good resource. Sewlarium is a small store, but I love their selection. Bolt is a smaller store too, but lacks good customer service.

I'm happy that there are fans of Bolt on this thread. That's good news. I might have had the misfortune to be shopping on a day with workers that were particularly patronizing. So, hence that is why I gave them a second chance - and the behavior was pretty much the same. I don't have high standards with customer service - and am one of the most least demanding customers due to working in the customer service industry (I've dealt with some doozies). Perhaps, I'll gird my loins and give Bolt another chance . . . Thanks for the good feedback.

I've tried Bolt a couple of times but sadly I was treated as if it were an exclusive club and I didn't meet their standards of membership. I've been sewing for 30 years and the sales people were condescending and a bit arrogant. I don't need to spend my money there. Sewlarium is amazing.

Love Sewlarium, but not a fan of Bolt. Their staff were condescending, the times I've shopped there.
