Man here, not sure why I get these posts in my feed, but you need to take out the trash here. He is a child looking for a replacement mother. There is no future here if he sulks after being asked to do one simple menial task. If he has time to game and vent on discord, he has time to help with far more than just the trash.

He can't even do the bare minimum. Toss him to the side and you'll find your happiness levels excel rapidly.

My experience with marfans is purely from the cardiac surgical side.

Should he develop any chest pain, discomfort etc you should attend ED immediately for scanning etc. Do not pass go.

Otherwise there is very little that can be done prior to diagnosis and getting on the monitoring pathway.

I think it's fair to say, after looking at OPs post history, that he is leaving out the key fact that he had been drink driving. Previous conviction, massive drug history, refusing to answer questions about how he got home from his night out? Obviously guilty as charged. If he had hit someone, killed or disabled them, then I would have absolutely no sympathy for him. Should be locked up... Don't bother with a lawyer.

I'm a male nurse, now working at an advanced level. I remember back when I just started my training being asked multiple times why I, as a man, was in Nursing. Purely because I am male... Infuriates me no end. Never heard the quines being as why they were going into it as a woman. I once got told it wasn't a career for a man and should look at paramedic training or similar... Well my healthy salary and job satisfaction would love a word with those people now!
