If you fly towards the docking doors at Earth Spacedock, they should open & you can see the docking structure inside... you can't actually fly into it however.

Virginia, Carolina, Indiana, Washington, Georgia, Dakota, Montana are all the obvious ones. I could see Hawaii, Alaska, Florida, Texas, Arkansas (although probably spelt more phonetically), Oregon, Idaho, Nevada. That's probably a good start.

Conrail Shared Assets, while not owning any locomotives anymore, do own a bunch of crew trucks & maintenance trucks which are marked up for Conrail.

Depends on the length of the trip. For a longer thing (say a week+) I will start setting things aside for it about a week in advance; with the primary packing happening the night before. For a shorter trip (a weekend) I just pack the same day.

The cab is clearly some AI abomination - the only cab in the US similar to that is the Krauss-Maffrei locomotives, and even then they're different.

Thats not a GP35 in the thumbnail...

Trainz has a massive free download database built right into the game - the Download Station. You can access it using the content manager. It is true however that mods are getting more an more expensive.

To lower prices, book as far in advance as you can; you're close enough to departure that you're looking at the "last minute" prices at this point. Also wait for sales, Amtrak has them occasionally. You can get an Amtrak credit card, and earn points to go towards your travel... but if you're struggling to afford the current prices I doubt you'd be spending enough to earn any worthwhile points between now and the 23rd.

I see someone went to IRM...

VRE has said their trains are terminating at L'Enfant instead of Union for the construction.
PFreeman008
Have you looked at VRE instead of Amtrak? They run along the same tracks between WAS & Fredericksburg (stop at Quantico). For the Pause for Progress project, those trains are terminating at L'Enfant station instead of Union.

Not saying some one hit it in this case, but it is pretty common for animals (even larger birds) to get hit by cars and not get killed immediately, they get stunned, regain consciousness a little while later and move off the road before succumbing to their injuries.

A lot of them are color coded, they just aren't called "the [insert color here] line. All the the Metra lines have their own official colors that Metra uses. Metrolink (LA), MTA (NYC), GO (Toronto), London Overground, all have separate colors - just to name a couple. I think why you might not think that they do is that most American commuter rail networks only have one line (or one and a branch) so there is only need for one color. In fact the only multi-line commuter network that I can think of in the US that uses the same color everywhere is the MBTA in Boston.

The VIA cars are older, but VIA takes better care of their equipment. The Amfleets are newer, but also run a lot harder & are maintained less... and are showing the signs of that. Case in point the new Horizon cars were all pulled from service (and some are now returning) because of maintenance issues.

In order: Phase III, LV Talgo, Cascades. (and yes I know the LV talgo is "the same" as the Surfliner, except it isn't really). 4th place the special RTL Turbo scheme.

I've not found the instructions to be that useful, Gemini repeatedly ignores mine - they seem to be more of some guidelines rather than rules.
PFreeman008
That's the old guidance, back when humans actually looked at your resume. These days it's usually AI that looks at them & so you want your resume written for that & designed for easy OCR. You can still use your fancy "designed" resume if you're hand delivering it to a smaller company or to bring in during your interview.

I usually decide in the sketching phase if I want the logo to have a serif or sans serif (or other) typeface. Then once I've digitized it, I get a better idea of the specifics of the type of typeface I want, then I just kind of look through my collection & places like adobe fonts to find a handful that might work. I then copy and paste the logo over and over and change the font in each iteration; before deciding on one I (or the client) likes.

Typically the scam is to offer to sell a voucher/etc take the money then either vanish or provide a fake one.

The three-block walk to to transfer from Union Station to Ogilvie Station. However Union is a sprawling underground station, and if you know what you're doing or can follow the maze of signs, you can do the walk within the station - making it a cross-street transfer.
However as others have noted, you don't need to change stations - just platforms.

I read somewhere, and it seemed to work... that if you ignore the demand for low density & medium, it'll turn into high.

As soon as they go on sale (11 months) is always going to be your best bet for price & availability. Prices will never (excluding discounts, special offers, etc) drop below that price.
The price "drop" you're seeing later on is when people are returning bookings they aren't going to use. A common tactic some people use is to book a bunch of rooms over a short period of time as soon as they become available (to lock in that low rate) then later on when they finalize the rest of the trip, return the bookings they aren't going to use. These returns go back on sale at the price they were initially sold at.

Officially it's the "Travelscape".
