he basically swooped in as soon as she left, rolled his eyes and immediately grabbed her stuff and started rubbing her daughter’s stuffed bears into the dirty table for NO reason.. he even spilled a bit on the table to continue to clean it. after that, he threw all her stuff in the trash. coat, wallet, daughter’s bears.. when she came back, she was confused about what happened and the guy who did all this acted confused too like he didn’t know what happened.. he tried to shift blame to someone else & told the manager / owner(??) she was upset. they both walked away and left her there.. my bf and i told her that HE was the one to trash her stuff and we also told her about him using the stuffed bears to wipe the table down. she was basically ignored until she finally re-asked to talk to someone. the blonde guy started acting defensive and saying “you’re actually one of the nicer fucking customers ive had all day” (as if he was confused why she was upset) & when she was clearly frustrated, he got defensive and left the area just still acting like it wasn’t his fault that all this happened. she had to ask multiple times for a bag for her now furry stuff & had to ask a couple times for the owner / manager because he just left her standing there like she wasnt important… i guess another manager came out to talk to her and he almost treated it like it wasn’t a big deal and at that point my bf and i paid our tab and left. as we were walking out i told the hostess we’d never come back. the mom & daughter were still there, trying to resolve everything

as someone who was there when it happened and talked to the mom… it was actually worse than she described it. he was so blatantly rude to her and rolled his eyes over and over while she tried to talk to him about it.
