He looks great here. I’m curious if they fixed his proportions with the feet
Papa_Pred
Nah like when you throw it now, it can get stuck on your actual character model. Then just vanish into the ether lol
This also happened in Predator Hunting Grounds funny enough
Papa_Pred
I like how you can hear the quaking in his voice when he said it LMFAO
I just know he’s terrified of getting his ass beat

And how long ago was that first one???
Papa_Pred
Ah damn that’s very lame
Papa_Pred
Companies are so damn scummy man
The ai thing is inevitable. The code will be spewed out and has to be manually reviewed anyways. But because some old dude in a suit hears “it just does it for you.” They gloss over that the coder still has to sit there for everything. Their workload barely changes lmfao. But again cause “it just does it” so that gives them a somehow justified reason to slash the workforce
EA and the oil tycoons need to fuck off
Papa_Pred
Maaaaan big W to you. The rare times I see a Storm, they tend to be putting belt to ass with their buffs lol
Papa_Pred
I love love love the very clear inspiration in shot design you took. Clear homages but it really demonstrates how you actively pay attention for a movie’s framing and blocking
The immediate sweeping to show off the characters and their organization was so well done. Caught me very off guard. The shot of each solider passing by the camera as they walk single file was excellent. You did very well keeping focus with the lens. God knows the camera can be fussy like that when doing stop motion.
This^ specific shot as well I loved. Again so simple in design but it’s a classic thing to do. I know the Neca Predator figures are taller than the Joe’s. But you’ve propped the camera to look up so now we subconsciously can view the Predator as a powerful figure. Framed so well with following thirds too. Even with the background scenery has similar color palette. You’ve made the characters stand out exceptionally well. Again this is such a small thing but it’s just one of those “ah yeah they got this” things lol.
If I could make any suggestions, I would say in the future to buy yourself a little steady cam rig for phones. Then a plug in for wired earbuds. Make sure those earbuds have a button somewhere on the wires for volume. Now whenever you use that steady cam rig, you can maintain a steady picture and easily take your pics using the volume buttons on the wires. No more feeling pressured to ruin the shot with a too hard of a press
Fantastic job dude :3

Bruh this is fucking cool
I literally have zero time on Storm but imma definitely try the character now. If this has a black recolor I’m sold
Papa_Pred
Ngl, with the more map knowledge and awareness I’ve gained for shape just distancing. Reality tear just kinda sits there untouched. I mostly use it for dramatic vanishes or I get stuck on something

Myers not be able to see special target beams till 3 is a good change but, the group buff is really not needed
It can be dreadfully annoying at times, but how else are civs supposed to weaken you or god forbid actually arrest Myers if they can’t gang up on him??
They just need to touch these damn exits man and stop playing around the bush. The game is played entirely around a cellar door being opened within a minute. Addressing that will slow game speed dramatically so Myers and the civs aren’t being forced to play like speed runners

In complete honesty..
This is really funny because every generation has been this way. I remember hearing the complaints about millennials when they started making their way into the game. I feel so many have been wrapped into the very accepting nature of corporate speak that any deviation is extremely odd
I would say if anything, younger applicants generally do not respect any company outright. They’re there for a job, not to live
Papa_Pred
I literally applied over on USA Jobs the other day and the “life challenge” was a question on the application lol
Papa_Pred
I’m gonna go out on a hunch here and guess they didn’t want to apologize not because they were in the wrong, but because your client is a millionaire lol
Gen Z and A cannot stand the upper class
Papa_Pred
I fear.. you are not mashing as fast as you think you are lol
You can absolutely get 3/4 of the way through the bar before Michael is even doing an input
Papa_Pred
I remember this guy from TCM. It was neat to learn information first but then it became readily apparent the info wasn’t for general use, but rather exploiting
Whether like a glitch or an exit that was just absurdly easy to utilize. Not really healthy for a content creator
Papa_Pred
Only thing I really see of use is utilizing Michelle and Alexis to essentially gather a small army to fight Michael and arrest him
I don’t really see it working but sounds neat lol
Papa_Pred
Oh no doubt
But damn wouldn’t it look good lol
Papa_Pred
The strapping and armor look great but the suit itself being kinda bare and super tight on the bottom throw it off imo
Papa_Pred
Could always set up a little track and do a take orbiting around the table for an idea
Papa_Pred
For any curious, it’s just Frank’s voice heavily vocoded like he’s playing a Transformer
Dude is incredibly talented with the robots he makes but by no means are they fr evil or just banking on ai. He does it all
Papa_Pred
Articulation somehow looks worse than a Neca figure lol
Papa_Pred
This honestly should’ve been how Kang died as Doom is given Kang’s power
Would’ve been such a transformative moment from a comic and a cool payoff for so much build. To deceive this supposed all knowing, time traveling entity that you are the key to actually fixing everything. Only to then immediately strike him down to rebuild the universe in your image
Papa_Pred
They refuse to change the rig and skeleton
They are habitual recyclers

Their modeling and texture definitely has ramped up. It really seems like with each game they’ll improve in some capacities. They’ve definitely learned a lot from Predator Hunting Grounds on texturing and how the mesh changes with damage
