That’s the thing that bothers me. Why can’t Peter tell her who he is. In the past he was concerned about how the news might affect her health because he thought of her as fragile. But his secret was revealed to her and while she was disappointed in him lying to her all these years she became his biggest advocate. The only reason now for Peter to not tell her is because the writers don’t want him too.

I think the mistake was rushing the story. The symbiot storyline should be two movies. The first with Peter wearing the suit the second with Eddie Brock and venom.

If Snyder was such a brilliant creative that made only top tier movies then why was he let go from DC? If Gunn is a hack that only produces low quality trash why is he still the head of the DCU? Why haven’t the executives at Warner Brothers repented of their sins and begged Snyder to come back?

There is a DC universe that is a distant dream, a memory. But it’s not Gunns. He’s here to stay, even the Paramount merger that was supposed to fire Gunn and restore the Snyder verse only gave Gunn more creative control of DC.

Also Earth is weird in DC. This supposed backwater planet is constantly at the center of multiverse threats, spawns god tier beings, and frequently draws the attention of Darkseid.

I’m not convinced it was the Gaurdians, I think it was a Gaurdian that Hal probably mouthed off too in the first couple of months being a Lantern.
