Ive never played it, but from what I can tell the stairwell is a snoozefest for most of the 100* landings. 3-5 (depending on how you count them) entities across all that is so nothing, you learn their patterns quickly and there's nothing more.

The stairwell should get more going on. 5 may seem like a lot, but thats not necessarily 5 seeks or figures or creaks. They could be entities like window, snare, Jack even. Minor entities that are rare but minor hazards.

5 entities is nothing to worry about. It covers all kinds of entities. It'll be fine, especially given that the uneasiness may not have been intentional to begin with. Doors' main draw is that it feels alone despite its amount of entities.

Edit: stairwell has 100 landings, not 1300. I mixed them up lol
