Amanita Design is a studio with real artistic integrity, they are all real artists. It is my dream to work as an animator for them one day, i’ve been following their work for years and they’re the last studio in the world who would use AI. I really trust them in this.

i still think about it often cause i think it’s a beautiful idea, but i kinda gave up. i actually tried to learn to code in HTML, CSS and Javascript (not for this but for my own website) and i fucking hated every second of it so i’m the least qualified person to take on a project like this. Come to think of it, I don’t even know what I’d be able to contribute to a project like an online folkpunk archive. Plus, someone else already did something similar (it’s linked somewhere in the comments of this same post) and i would hate to undermine the other guy’s work with this. I’m sure they could complement each other, but you know.

I’m still up for it if anyone cares, i just don’t know anyone who does. And even if i did, they’d have to be okay to work for free cause i am NOT in conditions to pay anybody

A) Self defense isn’t violence

B) Fascism doesn’t respond to dialogue. It is an inherently violent and militaristic ideology based on expansionism and imperialism. Violence has historically been the only way to stop them because the diplomatic route always ended in the fascists breaking their deals or backstabbing their allies. You can’t reason with fascism. It is a death cult. You don’t bargain with a serial killer. You better believe i’m not going to make peace with people who want me dead.

They said it themselves in every concert, and somehow metalheads and punks keep lumping them in with their respective genres. They really were so versatile in the beginning.

Fast Eddie Clarke reportedly hated working with Plasmatics for their split EP because he thought playing with a punk band went against their principles, and that’s partly what left to him leaving Motörhead. Lemmy seemed fond of both sides tho.
