this is the problem you keep overlooking, by the time you 'aim' up these weakspots, mind you which it can more than easily wiggly out of in a hull down position, lets say you do, by then it'll have already traded you for +720 hp damage for your measly ~400+ hp damage, you keep speaking of these weakspots for where they'd only be effective in an idealistic scenario where the concept is not directly interacting with you

please reach to wg support ASAP, this is a pretty bad issue, especially if you use the password anywhere else, also show any reciepts of proofs of purchases, or validate that it is your account so they can look into restoring the goods, also how many premiums did they sell? because you can sell upto 5 a day only, and if you were gone for many days this how they probably emptied your gold:
bought and resold a collector over and over over the course of many days (you lose 50% each time you do this)
or they gambled it all off, either that or spent it all on containers such as the ones you get for free weekly as they have extremely low profitable return for the gold they cost

i really agree, 7 second intra clip is just about any tier 8 med with that reload running some provisions, but nonetheless, its hulldown capabilities and hesh make it a really fun tank
