The trash is the business's trash. You take your trash out and stop buying remote property you cannot afford to maintain as a rental. It is not the guests fault you don't live near the house you rent and you decided to not pay for staff to do your job for you.
People normally have trash pickup once a week. The idea that every house gets ransacked by wild animals if a partially filled trash can sits in your kitchen for a week is a laughable notion. It seems some Airbnb landlords live in an alternative reality where a trashcan with some trash in it will accelerate it's decomposition just because it's in an Airbnb and not a regular home.

You need to live near your properties if you cannot afford staff.
It is never the guests job to do that.

Fix your toilet. If your toilet is so low flow that it clogs easily, the solution is to adjust the water level in the tank or unclog the drain pipe.
A toilet that clogs easily is a problem with the toilet. So many dumb people ignore toilet issues and just live with plungers and poop knives.

It is national news within the same state as the star. Don't act dumb.

It is easier to say Gary.

This is taught in public schools since they touch on basic history and important laws.

It says more details to come next week. They are likely still doing some investigation and notifying any living relatives.

The United States only exists because general Washington ordered troops to be inoculated against small pox way back in the 1700s. Yet vaccines are somehow evil now.

Everyone else that delivers lacks efficiency or charge speed. Tesla delivers on both at faster speeds than anyone else.

Presumably anonymous coins are designed to have the same integrity without the traceability.
Digital currency has no point without the same anonymity as cash. Bitcoin never made sense due to the traceability. Might as well stick to traditional banks over Bitcoin.

None of our current prisons are designed for reform and her living was an accident he did not intend. Serious crimes like this where the person survives by accident should still be tried as murder with life sentences. It is gross how we give people less punishments when intending to murder someone just because modern medicine kept them alive.
If he hit her once, by all means give him 17.5 years and "rehabilitate" him. He should be getting life for what he did.

This is no threat, Ukraine will be suing to seize Russian assets in every western nation that contains any. All of it will go to them for rebuilding.
This is Europe speeding the process along.

Power bottoms.

Rolling blacks outs that were famous in the 90s and early 00s were entirely artificial due to deregulation of the energy market.
Those have nothing to do with the lack of line maintenance or buried cables that create forest fires causing problems in the last few years.
In a way, California deregulation in the 90s gave California a destabilized grid similar to Texas. Texas is still the worst grid, in case you are trying to rank them.

Toyota Mirai
Even with the fuel subsidies Toyota was offering, that is such a terrible deal.

That is all easy stuff. Nothing major failed yet. But odds are if it's not burning oil when you get it, it will likely last awhile if you maintain it going forward. I am not sure how it's a plus to drive a gas guzzler though.
Generally the auction prices do go up if the cars being resold are in better condition too. Many times a good deal at a government auction is just luck.

So? It is rather disgusting that these guys went to Qatar to play at all. That crime already happened.
But to jump on them for not being honest when they are still in Qatar is nonsense even by the standards of someone who thinks they are all pieces of shit for going.
I am not going to pretend they can safely talk while in Qatar, no one should be that stupid.

It's not an anecdote when graphs of the actual data are posted on Twitter. That is called actual data and by all means, let me know where the media gets the data for their articles if the official data by Twitter says the exact opposite? (Hint, the media is making it up, they have no sources).
If you call my personal experience anecdotal then just go look yourself. Refusing to look makes you dumb considering you are here trying to discuss it.

The insertion pressure and removal force is much higher with CCS than NACS and the button means you need even more dexterity/strength.
CCS was never designed for usability. Considering NACS and CCS have the exact same pins and electrical wiring, it is silly to pretend CCS has any point.
The European version is a little better than the US version and at least has a purpose in Europe due to 3 phase ac power. The US is never going to use more than single phase AC in it's cars and while CCS1 combo has the space for extra pins, 2 and 3 phase were never actually implemented by the "standard", so no manufacturer or charger company can even try to add 3 phase charging if they wanted to.
With both connectors being electrically equal, it makes zero sense for anyone to want CCS1 combo in the US. It would be like voting against your own interest. Usability is the only real difference between the two (NACS does support faster charging, but that is a long way off), so picking the connector that is less usable is not a credible choice as a consumer.

Just sticking to obvious facts as usual. How many graphs of Twitter data will you ignore before you realize the media is just making up the negatives and ignoring the actual data?
If you don't trust actual data like a tin foil hatist, then just go look yourself. It is not hard. Spam is way down on Twitter and I have barely used it. Threads used to have tons of it, now you barely see any if you see it at all.
It puts youtube to shame because they still have similar spam and have had it for months. Plenty of people complain about youtube spam in case you want to deny that too.

I would have preferred less of a non answer, but we can't judge them until they are safely back in the US or Europe where they have rights again.

Strict NDA, yet this is supposed to be what it looks like?
I would not call the NDA strict if info is leaking.
Phobos15
It is reality and people like you are scary. You truly believe in false info that you could easily tell is false by looking.
You gotta stop watching Fox news or listening to people like trump. Liberals are not afraid of facts, they embrace them.

The Budapest Memorandum is pretty solid proof. The US and UK both pledge to protect Ukraine's borders in exchange for denuclearization. It does not get more direct or clearer than a formal international agreement with clear consideration.
Yes, they have groups that figure out how to automate the checkout and push the changes to subscribers as fast as possible. This is done around all hot items that can potentially be flipped. It basically started with sneakers, but they do it for any hot items now.
The automated ordering online has nothing to do with anyone who works in a store. The people working in the store know less about how the website works than customers because employees aren't clicking through to checkout online, so they never see the full process.
