Develop strong relationships with you am managers, yes a lot will be put on you. over communicate, ask the morning team to leave priority lists for their closers for you to follow up on, proactively communicate evening challenges if something daytime did, didnt set you up for succes speak to it, may be uncomfortable at first but the open line of communication will build towards trust and awareness they should set you up for success so that you can in turn do the same.

this is rolling club operations back to a state similar to the prior restructuring. I do think its interesting that they are adding 'senior' positions instead of bulking out mid-level salaried managers/eliminating hourly management which is what the structure was before.

that said I do sometimes switch if I suspect someone is trying to poach my tms for a task while circumventing me... "no Billy you need to continue xyz, i will send support from elsewhere"

transition in two weeks

I thought it was just me... empty one, take it and the two full to the trash, put two full down, empty one and take it and one empty to the trash..... like what sort of jailhouse trauma bullshit is this?!

yeah this looks like transition pallets got full, and instead of swapping them out they just started tossing them to keep the line moving... this makes me crazy, TL should be up on what transition is coming in and either be at the front to facilitate this or train up 2 people to build pallets and then move them. I would pull people off the unload to fix this vs leaving it to clean up at the end...
