Hey, u/Comprehensive-Aide7! ClickUp Sheets isn't a view, so it won't show up in the view picker. It has its own spot: open Sheets from your Global Navigation (you might need to check under More). You can also create one from your with Create → Sheet.

It's available on Business Plus and Enterprise plans on web and desktop. If you're on one of those plans and still can't find it, let me know and we'll take a closer look!

Thanks for sharing this, u/StevieDane. This isn't the experience we want you to have. Gantt view does have a 60-use limit on the Free Forever plan, and it's unlimited on paid plans. You can see the full breakdown here. I've also shared your feedback with our Pricing team about the pricing comparison not being clear before signing up, so it's on their radar.

Before you decide to delete your account, you might want to give Calendar view a try. It's unlimited on the Free plan and lets you see your tasks and subtasks by date, so you can still keep track of your projects on a timeline without the Gantt view limit.

Thanks for sharing your honest take, u/HeadAd720 ClickUp can feel like a lot at first, but you really only need a few features to get going.

What are you trying to set up, or which parts felt off? I'm happy to help you find a simpler way!

Hey, u/tpjasper! Thanks for sharing this, it's clear feedback. You're right that the New item can't be unpinned or hidden right now. I'll pass along that you'd like to be able to toggle it off, and that it'd be more useful if it went straight to creating items.

In the meantime, you can still create tasks directly with no Brain step: click the + button at the top of your Home Sidebar and pick Task. More from here for the other spots you can create from!

Hey, u/Tiffanyp15! Thanks for sharing this. The new price comes from AI now being built into Business, so your plan includes Brain and monthly AI credits for every member, with no add-on needed. Please note that nothing changes right away: the new rate only kicks in at the renewal date in your email.

As for Business Plus, this is still available in-app under Settings > Plans. Our pricing page is getting a refresh to match the new lineup!

I'm also sending you a DM so we can look at your Workspace and walk through your options.

u/One_Succotash1583 Our team can take a look at this too! Please reach out to our Technical Support via the form linked by Tasha^

Hey, u/agp816! Thanks for the detailed question! Right now, the Email ClickApp imports up to 100 contacts when you connect an email account, and that number is fixed. There isn't a way to remove old contacts or swap in new ones yet.

Better contact management is something other users have asked for too, so feel free to upvote and add your use case here. I've also passed your feedback along to the team!

Hey, u/LibraryITGuy! Thanks for the detailed use case! Right now, the Teams integration only syncs updates from a Space, Folder, or List to a public Teams channel, so sending a specific task's updates to a group chat isn't possible yet. There's a feature request for expanding the Teams integration that you can upvote and add your use case to.Our Product Manager is also gathering feedback there!

Hey, u/veggiepork! Some of what you're describing, like drag-and-drop not sticking and sections flickering, sounds related to issues our team is actively working on. Can you please reach out to our Technical Support team so they can look into your Workspace directly? A quick Clip of it happening would help a lot. I'll also send you a DM to grab your ticket number so we can help escalate this on our end!

Quick question too: is this happening in Timeline view, Gantt view, or both?

u/CodeAndPatina Another user shared their testing on this feedback board post. For task comments, you can send the comment as a structured comment array instead of comment_text, with the person's user ID in a "tag" part

Based on their testing:
- It works for individual users in task comments, but not for team mentions or Chat messages.
- Tagging yourself with your own API token won't send a notification, so test it with a teammate.

Feel free to upvote that post too, so the team sees the demand for proper mention support!

PibolsClickUp

Thanks for flagging this, u/CodeAndPatina! Adjusting your instructions alone won't fix it, because plain "@Name" text sent through the API or MCP doesn't turn into a real mention. A couple of things that help:

- People: mentions in task comments need the person's ClickUp user ID in a structured comment format, not just their name.
- Tasks: include the full task URL so it shows up as a link instead of plain text. Making this easier through the API and MCP is great feedback, and I'll pass it along to the team.

There's also a request on our feedback board you can upvote!

Hey, u/Sea-Illustrator-5591! Thanks for writing this up in so much detail. The step-by-step breakdown and the exact endpoints will be super helpful for anyone running into this on a corporate network!

PibolsClickUp

Hey, u/amighoe! Thanks for flagging this. One thing to double-check: moving a Custom Field to a task type makes it a Workspace-level field, so it needs the Create Custom Fields permission at the Workspace level. Admins usually have this by default, but if your Workspace uses custom roles or has changed permissions recently, that could explain the error.

If permissions look right, can you please reach out to our Technical Support team? They can take a closer look at your Workspace!

PibolsClickUp

Hey, u/AhmetMaya! I did a quick test and everything seemed to be working fine on my end. Could you reach out to our Technical Support team so they can take a closer look? It helps to include your device, OS version, and app version, and whether it happens with every Doc or just certain ones!

PibolsClickUp

Hey, u/PerspectiveBig4873! Thanks for flagging this. This sounds related to a bug our team is actively investigating, where the storage limit banner shows up even when there's nothing visible taking up space.

Please reach out to our Technical Support team so we can check what's being counted in your Workspace!

PibolsClickUp

Hey, u/two-blue-787! Thanks for flagging this. One thing to double-check first: does your agent add a description, tags, or billable status to the entries, or log time for someone else? Those count as advanced time tracking features, which have usage limits on some plans, and entries created by agents count toward them too. If that's the case, try having the agent log just the duration on the task and see if the scheduled run goes through. Here's the breakdown: Time Tracking feature availability and limits

If that's not it, can you please reach out to our Technical Support team so they can take a closer look?
