The NBA wants travels because it makes scoring easier, which is, among other changes to the rules, why there’s been an explosion in PPGs. It’s a super easy era to score in nowadays, and it may as well be considered a totally different sport. ALL of these gathers would have been called for travelling 25 years ago. A damn shame what this league has become.

The NBA choosing “free flowing” and “more appealing to viewers” over proper officiating is the most honest explanation over this very sad state of affairs. They’re killing the sport.

Why all the hate? The plot is what it is - and the overarching theme is minds transcending bodies. It’s experimental in that sense and I like it for what it is. The entire Alien saga has never really been very deep, and that’s totally fine. AE is entertaining.

Used the app for about 8 years or so. Switched to Apple Podcasts a year ago. I miss the custom playlists and smart speed but otherwise Apple Podcasts is hands down better than this. For me, it’s not worth the price.

Dude you have no clue what you’re talking about. Go watch those games or if you’re too lazy to, go read up MJ’s stats. He was outperforming every single player in each series. His team was full of scrubs until late eighties but even then the competition was fierce. Casuals just parrot whatever they see on YouTube. WATCH THE GAMES. STUDY THE MAN FFS.

I remember this guy when he first joined the league. I had never seen a player so fast and and exciting since perhaps young MJ. He was just an incredible athlete. And then we all saw his shooting, lays etc. He had it all, and he was a COMPETITOR. If only he didn’t stand in his own way!

I think he was among the top 10% in steals. Not saying that makes him defensively great but he was no slouch. Dude hustled.
