A lot of the problems in the video game industry come down to this: Companies overspending for other companies based on IP when the real value is in people who are free to leave at any time, and will leave because the pressures they are under to extract more money rather than make better games. Rockstar is not one of the companies that are at risk from this. They hit gold with GTA Online becoming a much bigger "Second Life". They are also one of the few companies where the inflated budgets and long release cycles have not punished them.

I think in this case it is a definitive example of trust the process. Nothing drawn here is individually very hard and it would be easy to scrap it before it looked any good. (eg leaf/tree texture is very low, interior is quite simple. The complete picture looks quite good. Only criticism is those black lines on the bumps. Should have just drawn underneath, it wouldn't have been much more work.

Did you rotoscope or something? Gives that vibe. Not detailed but it would be hard to get the movement right at such a small scale, subpixel levels etc.

My thought as someone who draws things that are way too big in Pixel art. If you can shrink it and no detail was lost you are working at the wrong size.

Crazy to me that you just go round downvoting people for doing something you mildly disagree with when you are the only one who will see it.

I mean what you are suggesting is that you should get a card that has a guaranteed annual fee vs getting one without one that a broker may or may not look at as a risk if you ever do get a mortgage vs the multitude of other things they weigh against it. Getting any credit card btw damages your credit rating, from Zip or from anywhere else.

I mean that will happen with any credit card, but a low limit, will be only a small impact.

I got Zippay for the same reason, solely to verify. It works. You can use your drivers license to verify your age there, then they give you a temporary credit card, then you can use that to verify.

I think Roger Waters support of Palestine is somewhat inconsistent of his views that you basically shouldn't defend yourself and should roll over and die if your nation is attacked. His views of WW2, Falklands, Syria, Ukraine/Russia etc. are all consistent with that. He literally has the most juvenile pacifist belief that is imaginable.

But in this case they won't succeed in changing anything, all the major parties support this. They aren't compliant yet either, you can still see nsfw content in images/thumbnails/capsules.

It is also less realistic with screen positioning and seating to have the weapon far away and with a large fov. Actually the FOV window should be small and the gun much closer, probably than even standard. That is how it is for sim racing. You want a low FOV based on your seating arrangement and preferably ultra wides and extra monitors.

Reasonable doubt is a false standard as is mens rea. It is what the system tells people about itself but it isn't how the system actually works, and thank goodness for that.

In Australia most places don't accept AMEX. Using it is essentially just taking from the business. AMEX charges higher fees than visa and mastercard and then gives you the money. Fine if you are using it at an American megacorp, but most places here are not like that. Most people here have a debit card that has VISA or Mastercard that immediately charges your debit.

But in aseprite you can use the fill option as well if you only want to do one layer, just uncheck contiguous.

I think this will backfire on them anyway. The public is much more split than the jury, probably even being slightly towards guilty.

Well string theory doesn't really have any grounding. There is no evidence it is the correct explanation but physicists became obsessed with it. It doesn't even resemble what string theory originally was at this point because each time part of it is proved wrong new explanations are invented why it could still be true.

Mind you this isn't finding new evidence to support the new version, just disproving the old version. It isn't like, oh this explanation means that this new version is valid. It has honestly been the biggest black hole for great minds.
