I dunno, I grew up on like 40% frozen food. Usually some sort of chicken like dippers, nuggets, strippers. Half of my family is autistic as heck though so if it wasn't we'd probably riot. Fish fingers or frozen cod sometimes.

The other times would be a protein (chicken, pork or lamb, beef only for roast dinners) with mashed potato and veggies or Pasta Bolognese, Shepherds Pie. Every now and then (like once every two months maybe) we'd have a roast dinner with roasted potatoes, carrots, parsnips, peas, Yorkshire puddings, whatever meat my dad had bought (usually beef, pork, chicken) and lots of gravy.

Then there's the rare times when my parents would try something new and then never do it again like the time my dad made dauphinoise potatoes twice and everyone loved them, but he never made them again lol. He also sometimes fried rice / noodles for us with sweet and sour chicken or something. It could honestly be anything and everything, it just depends on what was more affordable in the shops that week, what they felt like cooking and what was in the freezers.
