Depending on the stack where i work, on gcp i store everything in a bigquey db, but really the stack is not so important. I build custom adk or langgraph agents that traces input output and tool calls in whatever storage i got, if agent 2 agent I reference the ubderlying agentic threads (input/output tool calls and metadata...) to the main thread and that's it.
