They have a list of resources for any number of conditions/situations, but the hardest thing they do is finding work. They'll set you up with skills classes for the basics like office skills or basic computer literacy, and they'll help you if you find a job training program you think would be a fit. They also do the basic resume building, sign up for websties and manage your profile, interview skills.

The 700 Hour program is about government jobs but there is a lot of hoops to jump through and they move slowly (currently in the process myself). That is basically once you do all their things you are put on a priority shortlist for government job openings you qualify and are suited for. But it can take months to even get on the list.
