If you are privately insured you can go ahead and book directly with a specialist. Get the invoice after a few weeks per post, pay, send to insurer to get a refund.

But leaving something broken like that and waiting until tomorrow might be a bit risky? Maybe go to the Emergency Room anyway and get it checked.
