Servers should be paid better base wages just like everywhere else and we shouldnt need the requirement to tipin order for employees to be paid a fair wage. But tipping is part of going to an establishment with servers, regardless of we like it or not, so just plan on paying 20% when you go out and expect service, or don't go out. It's just part of the expense of going out, whether it's included in the price of the food or it's added as a tip, it's all going to end up costing the exact goddamn same.
